What the hell are you talking about about? That first line does not contradict the title in any way. And even if it did, deliberately ignoring the full context of the article to whine about the first line is a pretty pathetic "debate" strategy.

The Times of Israel is center-left but they are reporting the Haaretz story, which was denied/questioned by both the American contractors (GHF) and the IDF so far, although an investigation did open.
It's not suspicious at all that all of these stories always originate from Haaretz with its crazy far-left journalists. It's the same paper that made up a story about IDF helicopters shooting at civilians at the Nova music festival on October 7.

Yet more confirmation of what anyone paying attention, and not deliberately ignoring the evidence coming out of Gaza, already suspected.

I fully expect those officers held responsible, if they ever are, will be briefly and half-heartedly chastised about how naughty they've been before receiving a slap on the wrist dismissal just as other egregious Israeli war criminals have been so spared in the past; that is of course when they're not celebrated outright.

The IDF makes extensive use of human shields, as its own soldiers have freely admitted, so that argument doesn’t remotely hold up.

The US has attacked Cuba for decades. Does that mean Cuba would he justified to bomb the shit out of Miami?
