My apologies, I have a valid source now. You're using invalid sources.
PressTV is an Iranian-government operated network, and last time you were using ma'an news, which is an anti-Israeli newspaper in Arabic.
So, one side says they are occupied, the other says they were empty.
The 13 members of the Al-Shawamreh family, including nine children, were ordered out of the houses at dawn before earthmovers moved in to destroy the two cement structures and a well, family members said
The one side's claim that they were empty is ridicoulus.
In your opinion. The Israeli's claim that the homes were built illegally and were unoccupied. The Palestinians claim that they were occupied. I am not claiming either. YOU CHOOSE to agree with a position because you like that position.

A picture is worth a thousand words they say.
Could be a random Palestinian. That picture proves nothing.
We are not talking about other news.In other news
U.S.A is not occupying Americans and repressing them. Israel is illegally occupying Palestinians and demolitions homes it should not be.257 condemned buildings were demolished in the USA today
It is really obvious Israel doesn't want peace. They are being hippocrites.
It's the Israeli's who don't want peace, violating resolution's with illegal expansion of settlements, deliberately killing any chance of a 2-state solution. So, if neither side wants peace
Tel Aviv has, meanwhile, refused to stop expanding the Jewish settlements in the occupied territories, causing the indirect talks come to a standstill.

The Israeli military has leveled two houses, accommodating 13 members of a Palestinian family in the occupied West Bank, claiming it had found no residents there.
The demolition went ahead on Thursday, leaving the al-Shawamreh household to trawl through the debris for their belongings, AFP reported. The family reportedly had nine children.
"These specific houses were built illegally and there was no one living there, so that's why we destroyed them," a spokesman for the Israeli military claimed.
The Palestinian Authority says the destruction, which according to the Israeli Committee Against Housing Demolitions have rendered 130 Palestinians homeless so far this year, torpedo the prospects of peace.

Israel makes another family homeless
there have been flagrant violations of past agreements going back to the 1990s on settlement freezes. That's incorrect. There is currently a 10-month settlement freeze.
When you illegally occupy territory of other people, you have no right to declare which structure is illegal or not. The Palestinian people have that right. In other words, Israel demolished an illegal structure. The requirement that those constructing buildings obtain permits prior to the construction of their structure is not unique to Israel. Such a requirement is widespread.
That does not address the current settlement policy taken by Israel in Occupied East Jerusalem. In fact, there is no settlement freeze:
Except they should be receiving consruction permits from the Palestinian Authority and not the Israeli government. Exactly what law gives Israel the right to accept or deny permits on occupied territory? Do you mind sharing it don? I can show you an article of international law relating to the demolition of homes occupied territory. From AFP:

The Palestinian Authority want a two state solution. As for endless terrorist attacks, last i heard an israeli tank fired a shell into a Palestinian home killing a mother and injuring her now motherless children. What two state solution? The Palestinian "government" has openly declared that they don't recognize Israel's right to exist. Genocidal rhetoric and endless terrorist attacks on civilian populations are not the behavior of people who want peace.
