OK, and you claimed that Zelensky came to power by a coup. We have half an answer - you say this coup happened in 2014 and you're calling Zelensky a dictator - when was he elected and how is he a dictator if the "coup" was in 2014?

Lol. That was also to be expected. Neither Zelensky nor Putin wants be blamed for lack of progress.

If you ask me, it should take like six months before some meaningful sustainable ceasefire is nailed down. It's been 3 plus years of a bloody war. Both sides are highly suspicious. Both sides believe they still have lots of fight in them. Overcoming all that will take some time.

In my opinion the wildcard at this point is the Eu. They have to be brought on board. They have enough arms and billions to keep Ukraine fighting for years. If they are not on board it is hard to see how a ceasefire can be nailed down

I'd be ecstatic if the USA could just put all of Ukrain in the rear-view mirror. They offer nothing but a corrupt Money Pit

It raises some questions. European arms industries are safe from Russian attacks, while Ukrainian arms industries are vulnerable to Russian attacks. It makes sense to build arms were they are safe from attacks and interruptions. It doesnt add up. My suspicion is that this is another case of Eu coming up short. Like the other loans that fell through. Most likely Ukraine will see neither arms nor arms industries increase
