I can have my beliefs about homosexuality, and still not treat homosexuals any differently than I do anyone else I know and work with. As a matter of fact, one of my favorite employees is gay. And I actually threw a customer out of my store and trespassed him for calling that employee the F word. I have family members who are gay and I love them and treat them the same as any other member. You can have beliefs and at the same time not pass judgement or prothstelize.
