If Trump is not behaving as an authoritarian

Psssst..

Don't let on....but Canada is a socialist country.

No, it isn't.

Have a rotten day as we relish our free medical care

Yeah, ok.

Obama sends in ICE and collectively deports 5 MILLION illegal immigrants. What a guy.
Trump sends in ICE to un**** the damage caused by the demented rat retard you all put in office....OHMIGARSH!!! FASCIST!!! FASCIST!!!!!!

The answer remains clear. Its not Trump. Its you.

It does - you've been led down a deadened path. In reality, Dems "we know what's best, now shut up and do what we tell you.
I am not sure you even realized you just agreed with the OP. I think you meant to make a point, but failed utterly. Why do you bother? You fail so consistently and predictably we all assume you're merely bad AI.

I appreciate you repeating and emphasizing the point.

Typical example of why right-libertarianism/anarcho-capitalist thought is completely incoherent.

I would say ignorant. They seem to not understand what fills the power vacuum that happens when business interests attempt to remove state power.

Perhaps five or six more examples will eventually demonstrate it to them.

It is going to be fun to watch folks start to realize that they've been played.
I wonder how deep into destruction we will have to get before we get to that inflection point for the average MAGA.

If it works properly they will all transition to proper goose stepping fascists themselves at the appointed time.

If you haven't noticed more of our forum members going properly "mask off" recently then you aren't paying attention.

an-caps legit make zero sense in their ideology. Actual anarchism is against all forms of heirachies, capitalism insentivises them economically lol.

They ONLY want capitalist hierarchies, because they think those are the best and not coercive ones...

Business interests always CO-OPT state power. They live in the fantasy land where they think rich people just exist without trying to buy out or take over the government.

They also seem to lack the insight that the rich and powerful institute government structures in the first place.

Fascists were Socialists. The "experts" will be here to explain that soon.
Plus this question suggests TDS and "hatred" of Trump.
Also, whatabout Joe Biden?
You forgot “thread trimmed to save storage space”!

I forgot that there's a literal economic term that describes this. It is literally called rent-seeking behavior.

Why is it so easy to find so many parallels to fascist regimes in the past and the present?
Well, if you view the Constitution as an anti-tyrant system, as I do since it was quite clearly drafted by examining all the tools of tyrants they were aware of and forbidding them to our government, and then look at all of the recent clearly unconstitutional things this administration has pulled or tried to, and that’s pretty solid corroboration.

trumpco is using the tools of tyrants. All of the fascist regimes used the tools of tyrants to establish and maintain their regimes.

The Founders said NO! to these tools.

The Constitution is not a license.

It’s a leash.

Is this where you point to something as identical acts that contextually absolutely are not?
Yes Obama said that he had a pen and a phone to help him skip the legislative process and he subsequently signed a whole mess of executive orders more than any other president previous to him.

Biden attempted to force the taxpayer to pay off college students loans. Of course skipping the Congressional process. He tried to force everyone to take a experimental vaccine that most people didn't need both times the supreme Court bitch slapped him that's also not forget him pardoning his son for 14 years of whatever crime he committed in that time period.

This is backwards. Fascists do fire thousands of disloyal government workers, and they reduce government regulations that get in the way of consolidating power while expanding regulations that centralize power and give them the authority to use military force to keep order. Fascists also greatly reduce bureaucracy, since bureaucracy by its very nature is an impediment to efficiency in government action. Fascist leaders don't want to get permission from others in the government before they act. Who does that sound like?

Rather than situating fascism on a traditional left-right spectrum, it's more accurate to focus on its core principles that transcend such simple categorizations. At its heart, fascism is characterized by ultranationalism, often rooted in a myth of national decline and a desire for rebirth, leading to an obsessive focus on national unity and purity. This is coupled with authoritarianism, where the state and a charismatic leader are supreme, and individual liberties are subordinate to the perceived needs of the nation. It invariably embraces militarism and the glorification of violence as tools for national expansion and internal control, along with a deep anti-democratic and anti-liberal (traditional liberalism, not political) stance, rejecting pluralism and dissent in favor of a monolithic, unified populace. Finally, it typically involves economic corporatism, where the state heavily directs and integrates private industry for national goals, rather than adhering strictly to either free-market capitalism or state socialism.

Most of that sounds dangerously like the current administration

And their addiction to their game has been the root cause of every societal collapse.

It is an addictive behavior like sex addiction or gambling addiction. Status addiction. We did not evolve with greed or power hunger as we experience it. Nobody was gonna carry your extra crap. There were no weak in the extended families of relatively physically equal alpha predators. Even the folks doing the gathering were in constant danger from being food for some animals and predators to others that took every opportunity to stomp us out in self defense.

So just as I said.

Completely predictable.

Thankfully this time they’re so stupid they don’t know you can easily find the list they’re working from, as you did here.
