Actually the Fanboys are ends justify the means. I posted in another thread about a conversation I had with an old friend. He is a solid to the core Trump supporter. Even when he acknowledged that the Constitution says All Persons, he declared that there were too many illegals to follow that. If it even meant all people instead of the intended all citizens.

It seems hard to believe, but there are a lot of true believers out there. Faithful followers of Trump.

I saw him following and asking for a warrant. Is that your evidence of obstruction? Pretty weak.

Let's think about that for a second. All of you keep screaming about "due process" and if these people are already in the system then they have already had due process so, lawfully, there should be no argument about whether they can be removed or not.

There's video. Lander had locked arms with the undocumented alien and was refusing to let go. They had to pry their arms apart.

He was requesting a "judicial warrant" and in a removal proceeding under the INA that isn't a requirement. He may as well been asking for a jackalope sandwich...which he was also unlikely to get. Just because he and you are ignorance of the law doesn't make either of you right.

It is a terrible thing to do and no one should support it.

I am assuming they are going to try to make the ridiculous claim that he was obstructing them...but for it to be obstruction, they needed to show a warrant...otherwise, it is a lawful action on his part.

No, they are going through the process and this is just a way to intimidate others from trying to do the process.
