I didn’t read the post, it wouldn’t matter. Due process doesn’t change based on whim. It’s how we adjudicate whether someone is a criminal; here legally or not, etc.

Interesting that ICE doesn't seem to be arresting many folks that look like that. They seem to be steering clear of the gang areas after talking so much about what a threat they are.

One reason might be that they're too afraid.

Another might be that it would be met with approval by the people of LA, and that's about the last thing he wants. If it doesn't bring resistance, what's the point?

Not sure why you think it can't be both. They were going to do something there that was not related to the Dodgers, team told them to leave, then one had car problems so a couple others stayed back for a bit.

Man, don't be such a sucker. He claimed it had nothing to with an operation - and then qualified it - at Dodger Stadium, and said it was due to car trouble.

The evidence shows it was due to an operation somewhere else with no evidence of car trouble.

Due process isn’t fungible. If a child came up to me with ice cream all over his shirt and face and sputtered “Due process is circumstantial” it would be slightly more credible than your post insisting the same.

When it comes to those in the country illegally, due process is absolutely circumstantial. I've provided a cite that proves this. Let's see your evidence to the contrary.
