How Serious Is This? Consider What The FBI Would Do To Us

"From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received," Comey said at his press conference Tuesday. "Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent."

There is also the question of motive and reasons. The reasons behind Hillary‘s emails were poorly defined email protocols.

What were the motives and reasons for Trump actively taking nuclear codes and information on US intelligence assets around the world and transporting them to his house?

Trump relies on what what aboutisms and playing the victim, yea like a gossip queen. How

What does a "whataboutism" have anything to do with the FBI raiding his home? Scores of heavily armed agents, boats offshore with mounted 50 mm machine guns, going to pick up boxes they already knew was there and precisely the location, even double locked as per their directions.....took them nine and half hours to remember where they were? You love this stuff, don't you?.....makes you feel American and patriotic to see our government go after its citizens in such a manner, then leaking gossip.....oh, this is so Americanish, ain't it?

Facts not in evidence

What nuclear documents? Please provide citation

You don’t see a problem with an ex-president just deciding to walk off with nuclear codes and sensitive information on our intelligence assets around the world and keeping it in his attic?

I sure do. But there is a difference between being wrong, and being illegal.

US intelligence is still reeling with the implications of how Trump was able to walk off with this stuff, how it was transported, and who may have seen it while it was sitting in his attic.

No, it isn't.

I sure do. But there is a difference between being wrong, and being illegal.

That's still under investigation to assess which it was.

But even if just wrong, why are you here so passionately defending something so dangerously wrong?

No, it isn't.

Yes, it is. US intelligence is still trying to assess the extent of the damage. It looks pretty bad. Lots of questions on how Trump was able to access and just walk off with all this stuff, why he wanted it, how it was transported, whether any information was breached en-route or at the residence, etc...

You betcha. Trumps lawyers had reassured them there were no more classified documents there. If I was Trump’s lawyers, I would be lawyering up myself right about now.

Lol, yeah, as per the "leaked anonymous source"......it's all "nuclear codes Trump is selling to foreign countries".......amazing, the gossipers are incredible, to say the least.

You don't think law enforcement should try to understand why an ex-president would want to walk off with top secret government information and keep it in his attic? Weird.

Damn... 50mm machine guns? An almost 2 inch diameter round? LOL. Why do you suppose it took nine and half hours?

He didn't steal them because he had the authority to take them, and store them as he pleased.

Apparently the DOJ doesn't agree with you or they wouldn't have asked for them back. Funny how that works.
Hilary had the same authority with regards to the State Department information she was funneling through her unclass private email system, but not with regards to the CIA, NGA, and other information.

So, while both unlawfully retained documents, Hillary actually can be considered to have "stolen" some of them when she originally took them, while Trump (assuming the original transfer happened while he was still President) can not. :-/

That's the problem.....in order to make that assessment, you have to assume it all happened while he was still in office. Even then, apparently some of what he took wasn't supposed to be in his possession and was requested back. He failed to do so.

Absent any new major information coming out (for example, actual evidence of an attempt to sell nuclear secrets to the Saudis), that is what makes what we currently know a lesser offense. :-/

Okay, even if a lesser offense, the question becomes why so many people are out here defending it.

The armed boats are always there because of the Secret Service. Scores of agents who armed? Oh boy now you don’t like guns? Your assumptions are uneducated bs. Trump once again ****s up and you need to defend him

Vivid imagination.....take off with gossip from "anonymous sources" and relay them as fact......we are well aware of this tactic.

We'll never know......they would not allow anyone else in during the search. Does that time span make you think of 'guilt'?......then their tactics worked.

Maybe it takes a while to INVENTORY everything...

What gossip? That the FBI and other intelligence agencies are trying to figure out why Trump would walk off with these documents, whether security was breached during transport there and all this time while they were sitting up there in his attic, and why he lied about not having them, and why he was not giving them back when asked?

You don't think they SHOULD be looking into these questions? These are not even questions for you?

Was the FBI scared of the Secret Service?.....was this the reason of being so heavily armed?.....or do they think Trump is Rambo?......rofl

Law enforcement is under no obligation to allow anyone in while serving a search warrant of a suspected criminal.

Knowing Trump's "second amendment type" mob gangs, wouldn't you want to make sure the search warrant could be securely served?

This is standard operating procedure when investigating dangerous mob bosses and criminal gang members. They have a lot of experience with this kind of thing.

Huh? Where do you get this bs from? The Secret Service utilize boats to protect Trump.

It's "nuclear codes", as they say, lol......they have implanted this bs into your brain and cannot see straight.

ROFL.....hilarious.

Hillary was not at all careless with really significant sensitive info. There were no leaks during her tenure.

No leaks, huh? Hillarys confidential emails were on Anthony Weiners laptop, who had no security clearance to have them.

Need to see a source on Trump having nuclear codes and intelligence assets. The inventory of documents from the FBI doesn't list those specific documents.

What could Trump’s motives be for taking boxes of top security documents to his attic and then lying to the government when asked to return them?

The documents in his attic were marked top security. You think that’s OK and just overhyped by MSM- and it should just be blown off and no further investigation is necessary?

Maybe then we would have more time to go look for Obama's birth certificate for another 6 years straight because we're not gonna believe what his "top people" are finding on it?
