I don't like the choices, too defining. I'd ban assault weapons for all the good it would do.

I personally hate the purpose of guns but I don't believe in letting only the criminals and gov have them. Besides, it's a moot point, they'll never confiscate the 300+ million of them out there.

I'm sure the police take into account the type of armament they're up against. And there's no good reason to get more people killed rushing the assailant without knowing if there are more shooters or if he isn't strapped with explosives.

That‘s nonsense. The poll’s alternative to picking a number (of “gun crime” victims from 1 to “infinity”) is to say that no number of “gun crime” victims would be cause to repeal the 2A.

I wouldn't appeal the 2nd amendment. Because I do not believe it serves any purpose. I don't believe it would prevent a single death. The only purpose it would serve is a political agenda.

There has never been a need to repeal it. Congress has always had the authority to define arms and regulate their manufacture.
