Hillary campaigns at early voting location — in violation of NC law? [W:280]

Nobody said you couldn't opine, OC. But when you opine, you put your opinion out there for discussion, and when you're wrong, you get ripped apart, as you did in this thread. So continue to opine about something that everyone else knows isn't an issue. I'll leave you to your crying about this and move on to a real discussion.

Hillary is no different than any of them, including the "anti-politician" Trump. They all campaign outside of the voting places. The fact that you didn't already know that is on you, not me. Your "opining" was, as usual, misplaced.

If it bothers you, lobby your Congressman to get the rules changed. Until then, don't "opine" about something that is perfectly acceptable, and completely normal.

Bolded: you have an awfully short memory.

When you're high up in politics for several decades, you meet a lot of people, many of whom may pass away.

Violently..... with bullets in their back....

Well, in a general way, yes. Absolutely.

All voters, regardless of party, regardless of what they want the government to look like, should be deeply concerned by the collusion, fraud, and corruption in the MSM documented and revealed this election season.

When Trump was in the primary season getting millions of dollars of FREE publicity all was peachy peachy for him, his supporters, his campaign......he loved the media...praised the media....even mocked the media for flocking to him for their ratings......now that his game with the media is no longer working in his favor he has been crying foul and his supporters right along side him crying with him. So what is it....is MSM all fraud and corrupt?...if yes...then Trump won his nomination because of the media's fraud and corruption - correct?....yet he claims he won fair and square....how can that be? ;)

Thread isn't about me. Have a nice day, and please continue to opine about things and make yourself look foolish in the bargain. We all need someone to laugh at.

Most days, that's you. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

LOL

It would be interesting for those taught the meme you've posted, to actually be honest about it.

The media was never in his favor. They've been lying and fabrication stories about Trump since he first announced his intent to run for President. What the media did do was obsess over him, and that kept his name in the news.

In so doing, voters had a chance to see what has now been confirmed as the fraud and corruption of Hillary herself, and the MSM partners she uses, and that is what has driven his candidacy.

Trump has gone this far because voters saw what the Establishment Elites on both side of the political spectrum have been selling.

As you've proven, some people willingly buy into it.

As Trump has proven, millions have put their wallets away.

Trump got everyone talking and looking for change - especially with immigration policies....no doubt that he set the groundwork and opened up the door to the belief we can make serious changes in our government.....but then he got caught up in women issues, religion issues, birther issues, racial issues, and so on....took it all to twitter....constantly made himself look like a 5 yr old with his actions instead of presidential material.....Trump has only himself to blame....he pandered to everyone no matter how unsavory their way of thinking because any vote is a vote...win no matter what..win at any cost.....and now he pays the price because he has alienated himself from LARGE segments of the population who might have given him a chance and were willing in the beginning until he chose to never apologize for his ill-treatment of women, vets, disabled, Hispanics, Muslims, gold star families, and so on. His refusal to admit when he is wrong and give a sincere apology doesn't make him strong....it makes him exactly who he is...he is a man who has never been held accountable for anything in his life - who has sued and bought his way out of everything. Temper tantrums, name calling, and constant whining when things don't go in his favor are not qualities that one would look for in a person seeking the most powerful position in the world. If that is good enough for you then go for it.....but stop trying to rewrite the book in his favor when he is the cause of his own undoing.

I didn't like Trump 30 years ago....20 years ago....10 years ago...and I still don't like him. The media did not cause my dislike....Trump's own actions and treatment of others caused it. He has shown me nothing that would make him worthy of my vote. That is as honest as I can be.

Given your decades of dislike for the man, why are you expending any energy commenting on him? It obviously could cloud your perceptions.

Certainly nothing I could write would change your position.

Have a nice day.

Hillary campaigns at early voting location - in violation of NC law? - The American MirrorThe American Mirror

Is this a legal violation? If so I'm not surprised, shameless. I didn't know polling places were open on Sunday.

They have a buffer zone to make sure candidates don't campaign "right outside a voting location". There's no evidence she went beyond the buffer zone. I can't even find a picture where the voting location is in the background. So I guess just keep whining and maybe someone will care eventually.

This is silly, actually. We have signs at each polling place that say "No campaigning beyond this point" and have the NCGS language printed on them at the bottom of the sign. If she was past that sign, a polling place official would have told her so, but I doubt she was. Beyond the 50 feet where the sign is located, she and any other politician can do and say whatever they want to... that is, that's legal for anyone to say and do anywhere else. If she had fired up a Blunt, that may have caused a legal problem, but campaigning outside that 50 foot zone is just fine.

That's a pretty common way to die in a country that lacks meaningful gun control.

Its funny, because Im not well politically connected.....and I don't have nearly a dozen people who have disappointed me mysteriously die.

As far as gun control.... we have plenty of it.

Do you even know the laws regarding gun purchases or are you just repeating **** Killary has said?

Why even be AT the polling place if you're running for office? She probably was far enough away, but still -- seems tacky.

I'm very familiar with the laws and the private sale loophole which allows gun sellers to be exonerated on the basis of ignorance.

You didn't supply any answer. You lied to me.

You still can't give an answer. What impropriety automagically occurs if an elected official is within 300 meters of an early voting location ? Can you say something specific ?

Do you think she's bullying voters at their booths ?

Do you even know that she was within visual range, or if she just happened to be vaguely nearby ?

How strong is your opinion on this issue ?

This is fascinating.

The law is in place because politicians DID bully people into the vote. You are saying this because you feel the law doesn't apply to Hillary. **** THAT! This is the unethical bull**** that people are talking about when they slam Hillary. She isn't special. The laws apply to that hag as much as anyone else. And the fact that she just shrugs is it off is a ****ING DISGRACE! And I don't know what is worse...her contempt for the law, or the idiots in the democrat party voting for her.

What loophole? There is no loophole. You can't knowingly sell a gun to a felon. Period. End of question.

Should I hold you responsible for a dui committed by someone in a car you sold them? Make background checks free and we will run them on anyone who we sell too. But that isn't what this is about. It is about sticking it to gun owners and adding incremental bull**** controls.

She didn't break any law here, not even close.

Exactly....

Almost DIRECTLY off of the Hillary Clinton trumpeter cheat sheet.

As if closing the "Private Sale" """loophole""" is going to do anything.

If people are going to violate the law, they are still going to violate the law when a new law is in place that says you aren't allowed to violate the law, or you will be violating this other law too.

You do realize that BOTH this was not from this election cycle AND she didn't break any laws right? Your comments smell of partisan hackery.

She didn't break the law. And i don't know what she did that could be considered "bullying" in any sense of the word.

If they passed a law where i wasn't allowed to sell someone a car unless they had a valid drivers license, i don't see how that would be unreasonable or unconstitutional.

Hillary didn't originate the private sale loophole.

It was probably left in intentionally because gun sellers wanted to make sure that money could still be made selling arms to felons and the mentally ill. They reimagined the constitution in light of this goal.

You are assuming that all criminals are infinitely resourceful: we know that they are not. Many potential criminals are restricted through legal restrictions. Most drug dealer do not drive 200mph through residential areas. It's not like they just magically ignore all laws.

Since Trumps name in erasable chalk on a sidewalk is considered a micro aggression in some SJW circles, I think we can call this bullying by the same standard...or did you want two standards?

Do you have the measurement in feet? Furthermore this is clearly an ethical problem and her piece of **** husband has done it as well. Interfering with polling locations is not kosher.

But she could murder children and the democrats would white wash it for the greater good.
