Give this birther a dishonorable discharge, and kick his ass out. This nutcase needs to be shown the door.

Not only has Obama shown his birth certificate, but 2 newspapers printed his birth in Hawaii the day he was born, and Republican Governor Linda Lingle herself certified Obama's birth certificate as legitimate.

Article is here
.

Finally, let me rub in in the birthers' faces just a little more:

All that "evidence" just shows how sneaky this liberal progressive communist socialist muslim plot is.

Seeing how this man is a commissioned officer his punishment for refusing a lawful order should be more severe than that of an enlisted man who refused to obey a lawful order. Someone of his ranks sets the examples that lower ranking men should be following. A dishonorable discharge is too lenient.

I will be the first to say that I don't like or agree with our President. That said, I hope they throw the book at this joker. He made the choice to sign on the dotted line and volunteer to serve his country. His refusal to deploy is NOT a political statement, it is pure disrespect to anyone else wearing the uniform that DID ship out when ordered.

I'm not here to argue for or against the birther case. In fact, if he had wanted to write a letter of protest on the same grounds, that would have been perfectly acceptable, in my opinion, but refusal to do his duty is pure cowardice and a poor example of our armed forces.

With, or without a trial? No time, nor need for a trial, huh? He questioned The One and that's all the proof of wrong doing we need.

I agree, that if this officer refused to deploy, simply because he doesn't think Obama is a natural born American citizen, then yeah, he needs to get the book thrown at him...buuuuuut, I'm going to play devil's advocate for a while on this one. Have an open mind and bear with me.

What if this officer filed an Article 138 complaint and it was never addresssed? It would mean that one his most powerful and most important rights, as a service member, was violated. Then, he could argue in court that his rights--as guaranteed by the UCMJ--were violated, therefore he had no obligation to deploy. yeah, it's a weak argument, but how is his chain of command going to explain to the American people--as well as to their commands--that they didn't have the balls to address an Article 138 complaint, simply because the grevience was filed against the president? I sure as hell wouldn't want to be a part of that chain when that turd came rolling down the hill.

It doesn't work that way. The UCMJ is blind, as to rank, when it comes to sentencing. And, if he was treated differently than any other soldier, he would have grounds for another Article 138 because trial and sentencing are:

Arbitrary, capricious, or an abuse of discretion, or
Clearly unfair (e.g., selective application of standards).

If he had submitted a 138, it would already have been handled. In this case it would be a fairly simple one to handle, or at least as simple as they get.

Can you imagine if a hearing had been set on whether or not the Bush administration was complicit in the 9/11 attacks? We'd never stop hearing about how open and honest the Bush administration is. But you keep showing people evidence that Obama is in fact a natural born citizen of the U.S. and the lunatics proposing it get a hearing? That buffoon of a YouTube celebrity whore should be laughed out of court if he doesn't wear a tinfoil hat and a red nose. What's next? A hearing on how we never went to the moon?

Your scenario would never happen. A couple of things would happen.

First the Bush administration would get hell for catering to a bunch of idiotic tin foil hat wearing retarded douche bags, Or everyone talks about how Bush is an idiot for catering to be a bunch of idiotic tin foil hat wearing retarded douche bags. (usually these tards want the government to investigate 9-11 to see if the goberment had something to do with 9-11.)

Second, this would probably be the only time the idiotic tin foil hat wearing retarded douche bags would probably understand why their logic of trusting the same people and institution they are accusing of treason and mass murder to hold a impartial hearing is completely illogical. It would be like asking a rape suspect to act as a prosecutor in his own trial if these wackos really believe the government committed treason and mass murder and the want the government to hold trials in whether or not it had something to do with 9-11.

I just wanted to post in this thread. This guy is not a real Lt. Col. in that he doesn't command troops, he's a doctor. I would be surprised if someone of Col. rank that commanded all those troops would have this viewpoint. And depending on how you look at it, he's a doctor of osteopathy, which is complementary medicine or healing medicine, so if you consider it you could also say he's not a real doctor. He does have awards though, but it's surprising someone would take this position.

Higher rank does not always equal command position and doctors in the military are commissioned officers regardless if they are a surgeon, dentist, osteopathy or even a quack/shrink.

I can't stand Obama as much as many others but this Colonel is an idiot. He needs to go to jail and get kicked out post haste. We all know if this were a junior enlisted guy he would've gotten jail time and kicked out. The only reason this has dragged so long is because he's an officer and higher ups always get speacial treatment. Which I find ironic. One would think that leaders would be held to a higher standard but nope.
1. Missing movement
2. Contempt Towards Officials
3. Conduct Unbecoming an Officer and Gentlemen
I'm sure there's more.

An Officer and Gentlemen? is that failure to act like the movie or what? lol

This must be my lucky day!

I just posted in the Conspiracy Theory thread as to why no law suit on the birth issue will ever be heard by a federal judge and look what I found? A thread that once again fits the bill of lunicy on this issue.
