Different genetic mother AND father than yours...no problem as such a relationship would be merely by marriage. ANY other combination is incest.
 
There are 5 billion people on this planet. There is absolutely no reason people need to be dipping their pen in the family ink.

Depending upon the state, even the step-sibling is incest legally. For that matter, you don't even have to have sex. It's considered incest just to try to obtain a legal marriage.

I'm guessing that the above was in response to my step-sibling question.

Half siblings have a common parent, therefore it is incest. It is disgusting and forbidden and renders one a pervert, unfit for society.

How common is that among Muslims?
