NS 2 owner Gazprom doesn't have any qualified company to do this. And that's if you were able to complete laying the pipe to landfall in Germany, the foreseeable prospects of which are oogats zilch and kaput. Your guys are still talking about formally suspending the operation for between 12 months to 24 mos.

If Germany does nothing about Navalny its global foreign policy gets snapped in two. Russia will assume ownership of it, China will begin to push you around all the more, Turkey will tell your foreign ministry to go pound sand, Greece will ask you who you think you are and so on north, south, east, west. Bank on it.
