GOP Debate number 6 [W:106]

I think it is time to have a drink each time Bush says, "Here's the deal".

Or the President saying "let me be clear."

Most people use the same phrases over and over again, if you listen carefully.

As I often hear radio people referring to it, it's what's known as a "verbal crutch". It's often a space filler in the same way "uhhh" and "ummm" are, but conditioned to be done in what sounds like a more interesting way.

I couldn't believe all the ridiculous things Trump was saying in the debate, then I realized I was watching a rerun of farscape

A guy I know says "by golly" every few minutes regardless if there's an accompanying thought or not. :P

well the hair style is pretty similar

Rubio's argument on gun control -very good answer. Best so far. Bush's was good but he seems to be suggesting Nikki Hailey is going to be his VP choice if he gets the nod.

Christie has no credibility on gun issues with any of us who understand the issue and find it important. New Jersey is still a joke when it comes to gun rights

Christie's is "Here's the thing".

"We're gonna kick your rear end out of the White House this Fall!" Yeee haw.....wait, isn't his term up anyway? So I'd say that's a pretty safe bet.

I'm no Ted Cruz fan, but if he's your ideology I can see where he looks & sounds Presidential.

He's pretty good on a debate stage.

Edit: Now on NY I'm not sure that's a winning issue on a national stage.

A northeastern asshole versus a southern asshole. I don't really find either as appealing.

Hey, good comeback by Trump.

Does Trump know what Born in the USA is actually about?

Is he really one of the yokel's that stupidly think it's a "pro-america" song?

I always chuckle watching joe patriot on Facebook or elsewhere blasting that completely oblivious to the actual message.

Cruz lost the New York vote.

First time in a long while I went "Good one trump"...but good response trump

He's not the first candidate to make that mistake.

Trump pulling out the 9/11 card

When your'e running to represent the United States of America it isn't wise to attack a state for personal ground. That was a stupid mistake by Cruz. I think Trump answered correctly.

...

I just realized that if he just started using that recently, even his freaking entrance music to fund raisers is essentially a sly attack. Think of what his big attack on Cruz is lately, and then take the song title........

And we are back to ignoring questions...
