The post he quoted. You pulled the "So its OK if Goodyear allows people to attack black and LGBT workers..." right out of your ass. Hence, the strawman. Not too difficult.
That isn't a strawman. A strawman is when a person misrepresented 2 or more ideas as a way to create a false premise and offers an idea that offers a solution to that false premise that is not accurate to the original idea. Goodyear has chosen to be inclusive and support equal rights for minority employees.
Goodyear can do as they wish on their own property. If you don't like it you can leave because a job is not a right.
Goodyear will survive any normal boycott from people choosing other brands for their car. Especially when someone buys another brand that is owned by Goodyear.
The company may feel a financial impact if the fans of motorsports push for a boycott of Goodyear tires at tracks.
The best policy is no offensive or politically charged clothing allowed at work to avoid any potential controversy.
NASCAR has already chosen to be racially inclusive by banning the confederate flag at its events.
Somehow I doubt that Yokahoma, BFG, Bridgestone, Pirelli, Continental, Hoosier, or other tire brands are going to choose to pander to racist MAGAites.
