George Zimmerman: Prelude to a shooting

on the tape, he calls Martin a "****ing punk" and an "asshole" who was "high..or something".

the jury will hear this tape, again and again, and Zimmerman's state of mind will be clear to all.

because he ddin't refer to Trayvon Martin by name, he clearly was referring to the other tall young black male he was pursuing.

What he said is explainable.

You have failed because you can not distinguish or discern between statements made in reference to the general situation and statements directed at the individual person.

Your bias is such that you can not see the truth. It is either that or your thought processes.

You already know that Zimmerman made those remarks in general. Obviously out of frustration as to what he thought the situation was.
Not directly at Trayvon.
To say he called Trayvon those things, is convoluted thinking, and grasping to the extreme.

No they wont hear it repeatedly.
The statements made are explainable.
Since they are, the prosecutor will look mighty foolish if she tries to play them repeatedly for a jury. If this even makes it to a jury.
She will in effect, be insulting their intelligence.

Swear words in a courtroom let the jury get a glmpse of the tone of the night.

When I was in a jury for a rape trial the young female plantiff told the court how the defendent's mood suddently turned from friendly to animal when he said " f--king bitch"... You were given another side of the defendent.

The only uncommon and illegal thing that happened in Zimmerman's instance, is Trayvon's actions.

That comment suggests that you're not a very nice person. Here's a chance to redeem yourself: How do you feel about the Trayvon Martin target being sold at gun ranges?


For the record, Martin was trying to go home when he was accosted and shot by Zimmerman.

To me, Martin was a typical hot-headed feral gangsta. Put a bull's eye on him! If your side wins this case, burglars and muggers will have a blank check to go about their business undisturbed.

Really.... So you know of an eye witness who saw this? Or is there a surveillance video showing that it was Zimmerman who accosted Martin?

Either way, could you please post a link to that information? Unless of course, you are just another in a long line of Martin supporters who make wild and unsubstantiated accusations to prop up their beliefs... If that's the case, welcome to mainstream political left, where that kind of dishonesty is not only condoned, but seems to be encouraged.
