George Zimmerman: Prelude to a shooting

For the record, Martin was trying to go home when he was accosted and shot by Zimmerman.

Martin was allegedly going home...so, what prevented Martin from continuing his path?

To me, Martin was a typical hot-headed feral gangsta. Put a bull's eye on him! If your side wins this case, burglars and muggers will have a blank check to go about their business undisturbed.

and here we have it! the attitude of the quintessential Zimmerman-supporter.

He was a burglar and mugger? Please continue embarrassing yourself.

For every action there's a reaction

Why are you leaving out, the aggravated assault (a felony)?

...Only an idiot would think there was....
...Only an idiot would think there was....
...Only an idiot would think they wouldn't....
...Only an idiot would think doing the above is an uncommon thing...
Only an idiot would continue discussing this issue with you.

Martin committed Aggravated Assault? according to which jury?

ah, the same jury that has convicted Zimmerman of Murder. The jury of he said-she said.

What factors play in... a deadly force situation?

you said he committed a crime. which jury convicted him of this crime?

Just wondering Thunder, you told me in one of the other threads on this case that you believed Z to be guilty of Murder, so let me ask you, which jury has convicted Z of this crime?

When is lethal force applicable?

no ric27, you don't get to play that silly game.

you said Martin committed a crime, and I asked you wh convicted him of this crime.

either admit that Martin legally commited no crime, or stop asking questions.

That comment suggests that you're not a very nice person. Here's a chance to redeem yourself: How do you feel about the Trayvon Martin target being sold at gun ranges?

I can tell you I don't like it anymore than hustlers like Sharpton, and Jackson, and the NBP rushing to the scene to stir tension, and emotion.

Where did you get that from?

do not lie about my posts. I have NEVER stated that Zimmerman was guilty of murder.

Well, I'll search for it, but I am pretty sure that you thought that Z was guilty. So in that case answer your own question here...Which jury...?

i don't need to answer your question, which is based on a LIE about my comments.

I have never said that Zimmerman was guilty of murder. Your baseless lie is pathetic.

Who's on trial....the deceased or Zimmerman?

Someone could have committed a crime without yet having been convicted of that crime. Just recently some individual turned himself in for a murder he committed some 30 years ago. Is it your contention that he didn't commit the crime, just because he got away with it for the past 30 years? Look. This guy didn't commit a crime, since he died before he could be convicted, or so you seem to believe:

Investigators say a man has died while in the act of raping an elderly South Texas woman.

My apologies, you are right, you said manslaughter. However, being mistaken is a far cry from an outright lie. You should dial it back a notch or two....

i also nevr said he was guilty of manslaughter, but I appreciate your concession.

so much for the whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing huh?

I guess that only applies to wanne-be cops.

Is that how you see it? So then your thoughts that Z is guilty of manslaughter, throws the whole 'innocent until proven guilty' thing out the window as well eh?

Someone can be found innocent in a court of law even though they are guilty of the crime and vice-versa. Just because someone has not yet been tried or convicted, does not necessarily mean that they have not committed a crime. The rapist above is an example. Trayvon, assuming Zimm's story is accurate and truthful, is another. Again, assuming the account is acurate, then Tray did commit a crime- even though he will never be found guilty in a court.
