Jumping the gun a bit here... information is still coming in to claim it was an Islamic attack.
Mornin LB......
One Beheaded, Two Injured in French Plant Terrorist Attack.....
One person was decapitated and two others were injured in a terrorist attack on an Air Products & Chemicals Inc. gas plant near Lyon in southeastern France.
The attackers beheaded a man, posted the severed head at the factory’s entrance with an inscription in Arabic pinned to it before driving into the plant at high speed and ramming into gas cannisters. One person has been arrested, identified and is being questioned, Hollande said......snip~

Oh, and the one they have had a Flag of the Daesh.
So really, what are you saying here? You support actions like this and you take far greater offense at people who object to acts like this than at people who do the killings?
Thanks. So we can still only guess as to why.
His extremely consistent pattern of defense whenever the subject arises will tell you the answer better than any he might muster by way of direct reply.
Education. Not enough is being done to educate these young souls and that is evident in the charm that the insane and monstrous ideologies of the Islamic radicals have in their eyes.
Besides that they need to tackle the sources of incitement; Mosques where people are being taught the radical Islamic ideology, radical Imams who preach to radicalism, etc. etc.
And finally they need to start deporting radicals and inciters to radicalism. All of them.
.
Sure, you keep believing that nonsense.
American company.....Hollande says they wanted to blow up the whole place.
According to what I got, the one they captured says they are members of ISIS. But not the real Coca Cola.
I think they do a certain amount of welding gases like argon, oxygen, nitrogen, and such but what I know them for is chemical additives.
To oust US companies or what? Cause strive? It this weren't the lone rangers, they must have a specific agenda.
It's just as well. I don't really expect a direct reply.
You may get a direct reply, but getting an honest one is another matter.
There is often an enormous disconnect between what people claim to support and what their pattern of comments reveals by way of what they actually do support. A wise man once said to judge a tree by the fruit it produces, and I believe this to be quite sage advice.
I once worked as a temporary laborer at one of their plants (it could have been a smaller one). At that location, they sold, but did not produce commercial and consumer level quantities of welding gasses. On any given day, they had about 300 full cylinders of various welding gasses on hand and an equal number of empties.
Though this was enough for a boom, but I think it would have been harder to blow up the plant than one would think. The gasses were stored in seperate fire proof locations that did not join each other. Also, the cylinders themselves are very stout- a full time employee told me it took alot to rupture one. I believe the gasses also varied in potential explosive power.
In short, the jihaders were probably fantasizing about "Hiroshima on the Seine" when what they probably would have produced if they systematically attacked the plant would have been say, a "three batallion fire".
I would be very much against dealing with any idea by force because
1 It lends credence to such ideas that they don't deserve
2 Governments the industrialized west are just as likely to abuse the power to censor speach they don't like as they are anywhere else. We have allready seen the deportation (and subsequent torture) of anti-Gaddadi activists in the UK for example.
A better way forward would be to support people like this Cleric launches 'counter-terrorism' curriculum - BBC News

Ah, more sniping from the apartheid supporter, why am I not surprised? :roll:His extremely consistent pattern of defense whenever the subject arises will tell you the answer better than any he might muster by way of direct reply.
this, pressurized cylinders , particularly for the 80-90% of mostly "inert" (not technically true) would be more dangerous as projectiles.
Actually the French President just said it was a "terrorist attack". But on the other hand, it may just be a discontent.
When was the last time a neutral country was targetted?
You mean Jumping the gun as in jumping the gun with typical knee jerk denial?
Yep, it only took one post.
Obviously we need to ban a flag over this.Man 'Beheaded As Islamist Flag Found' In France

Explaining the causes of terror attacks means condoning them? What planet did you learn your logic from? :doh
Terror attacks are a problem, if you want to solve that problem you need to find out whats causing it.
Ah, more sniping from the apartheid supporter, why am I not surprised?
No jumping the gun in calling it terror at the time of my post. For all we know it could be 2 guys that are pissed at the company for some reason and that is still the case.
