So Trayvon goes to the store to get his bro a bag of skittles and ice tea. George Zimmerman calls the police and says "there is someone suspicious in my neighborhood". George starts to follow him. The 911 operator tells George to stop following him.
Now the 911 tapes have been released from neighbors who called. You can hear Trayvonns screams for help 30 second before he is silenced by the gunshots... Screams of "why"..
Georges attorney and family say, "no that is Georges screams".. If that is Georges screams what the hell is he scared of? Tea and skittles? And why did the screams suddenly stop right after the gunshot...
How is there not enough ****ing evidence.

What's kind of funny, but not in a haha sort of way, is that Sanford has chosen to include a link to recent burglary reports for that gated community on the Trayvon Martin Investigation page.

The suspects in the reports are adult black males.

There's some logic that ties these things together.

It does? Have they made a voice comparison or something to confirm this... that a large man is screaming like a child? I am asking because I have not seen that evidence.. and yes the story is being reported over here also.

I'm 5'7" and until I got old and fat I weighed about 130 lbs. And people considered ME thin.

You're leaving out the weight difference, which goes a long way to countering the height difference.

Zims may need more cardio, but that doesn't mean he doesn't possess the strength that comes with carrying about 250 lbs all day.

As an addendum as I haven't been keeping up. My assessment of Martin is modified due to accounts of behavior/discipline issues. I believe it more possible that he may be the instigator of the physical altercation. Atill not convinced, but I don't see it as implausible anymore. (Not so much the tardies, but the recent transfer, etc.)

I see you mentioned Zim was expelled from college recently. Do you know why?

I have no legit source for his height. If I did I would have provided it. As you can see I used the police report for those stats. It did not list his weight.
But that report was only the initial call report.

I think you are attaching too much to the weight issue. Out of shape is out of shape.
Fat and out of shape is worse.
And the weight issue doesn't matter, because the evidence says Zimmerman was attacked from behind.

His school matters, his personal matters, just do not matter to the reported evidence, just as Zimmerman's don't.
If you want to engage in the 'why he'd do that speculation, to understand why the person acted a certain way, go ahead.
But it just doesn't matter to what the reported evidence is.

I think at this point, I'd have to say that just by listening we don't know who was screaming for certainty, Zim says it was him, while handcuffed in the back of the squad car, and Treyvon's mother says that that was Trey's screams. Injuries to the back of the head, and nose on Zim are inconclusive alone as to who attacked whom, as are the grass stains. Treyvon was reported by Sanford police as also a resident of the neighborhood, so obviously there is nothing suspicious about him being on the sidewalk at 7:30pm at night for God's sake. Zim seems to have a history of 911 abuse IMHO, reporting everything from an open garage door, which is ok, to a pothole in the road, which isn't. Treyvon being a handful in school, and currently being suspended are not the issue here, and have no bearing, all I would say on that is that he's 17 years old...Anyone with children all either know, or have a child which rebel's a little at that age, doesn't warrant a death sentence.

Over all, I think I'd still have to say that this is a tragic case of Zimmerman taking a course that was fueled by adrenaline, over confidence due to carrying a gun, maybe misinterpretation of what his duties of NW were, and what the meaning of meet force with EQUAL force means.

Zimmerman pursued this young man, hunted him down, got into a fight, and was losing that fight and used his gun to gain advantage killing Treyvon. That is what we know. And based on that, Zimmerman is in the wrong here. Now it isn't in my mind murder, but it is negligent homicide.

If Zimmerman was the aggressor, and if the kid fought back and started having the upper hand on his attacker it doesn't matter what size they are or what color they are. The kid had a right to defend himself against an attacker. Zimmerman is a man obsessed with law enforcement and apparently loves the power, but not the responsibility. If Zimmerman stalked and attacked this kid (then shot and killed him during the fight), he should go to jail.
