In all honesty I actually believe that rational sane conservatives are a good thing to have around because they keep liberals honest, and vice versa.
I don't have a problem with the notion that we have our disagreements, I have a problem with being cast as non-human, unamerican and guilty of crimes I did not commit or endorse.

We can argue and fight like cats and dogs all day long, it's as American as Mom, the Flag and apple pie.
And at the end of the day we all sit down and work out how to find common ground, and settle on that which best helps the American people.
