Concerned citizens are ... um ... concerned about what they regard as a disturbing tactic in drone warfare.
This may be nothing more than ignorance of drone tactics on the part of critics. Drones don't fly in formation, they circulate over an area independently. So if more than one drone is needed to attack a target they have to be recruited in one after the other, so that their attacks are successive. Hence the impression that the US is using the "double tap" tactic.
Good thing the President is a liberal Democrat or they'd be convicting the US of war crimes.
Known as the "double tap," the tactic involves bombing a target multiple times in relatively quick succession, meaning that the second strike often hits first responders.
