Democrats ARE For Open Borders

An estimated 1,000,000 illegals will be apprehended at the Southwest Border this fiscal year. Based on "gotaway" rates from the CBP, another 1,000,000 will enter without being apprehended. The vast majority are liars trying to claim refugee status.

So, being generous, 1.75 million will enter THIS YEAR. The New Democratic Party doesn't want to do anything about it. A Sanctuary State want to add free health care to the rewards they are offering to these invaders.

The question about Open Borders is carved in stone.

With that confirmed, the question is, what will everyday Americans do about it when it comes time to vote next year?

What you don't get is the buffoons in Washington will only increase more legal immigration if and when the border is actually secure

Perhaps. But at least there is a process, and the patience to follow it will help to filter out those who are simply failures from failed cultures.

The left's misinformation ministries can only ignore major stories for so long.

It won't take much to highlight their malfeasance when it comes to the issue of the National Emergency occurring on the Southwest Border right now.

I believe you're right. Democrats look on illegals as potential voters and welcome them with open arms. Sanctuary cities, refusing to cooperate with the feds, refusing to enhance security at the border or to even help take care of those in custody, releasing any that are caught, even giving them some voting rights, offering all sorts of benefits and at times are better than the average citizen gets from the government.


As the Democrats are welcoming illegals from Mexico and Central America, who tend to vote Democratic, they are trying to stop Cubans from immigrating to the U.S. Why, Cubans immigrants tend to vote Republican. Simple as that.

I guess no one has bothered to read the article, or take a moment to ponder what it costs California to continue leaving these people searching for Emergency Room care instead.
And the stupidest part is, I wager everyone in this thread so far knows that ER care costs FIVE TIMES MORE than just providing ordinary health care.

So either way, with this policy or without it, sick or injured illegals will continue to seek health care wherever they can find it, which ultimately winds up being the ER, which is why this might just be a cost saving measure...one which has absolutely nothing to do with some manufactured insistence that Democrats want open borders.

Once again, liberals are denied the right to have an opinion unless it is cleared by the outrage screech-fest on the Right. I could try to say that I support this measure even as I oppose relaxing border enforcement but I am not allowed to have an opinion.

And by the way, President Trump has singlehandedly ENDED the illegal immigration crisis, so why are all of you still harping about it? Why aren't you celebrating?

The US survived the Civil War, Prohibition, World Wars, and many other challenges.

My ancestors came here in the 1730's. Did they undermine, or contribute?

Legal immigration does not bother me.

You would think we would have nipped this in the bud long ago by heavily fining anyone who dared to employ illegals with significant daily fines.

But the motivation behind this thread seems to be pure politics partisanship.
