He didn't identify himself until 7 seconds into the encounter.

Prior to identifying himself he moved to a position near the front of the room and only approximately 12-15 feet from where Sec. Noem was giving her prepared remarks.

She had been speaking for about 6 minutes and 10 seconds when he began to shout over her voice -- that is when security moved in his direction.

Security began to push him back. After about 3 seconds he began to resist. Security was able to turn him so that he was facing away from Sec. Noem as they pushed him towards the rear.

He then turned to face her and stepped into the Security in an effort to get between them and move back in her direction.

One officer then repositioned himself to get into Padilla's path towards Noem. At that point a second security officer joined and they aggressively pushed him backwards.

He was then shouting over everyone else saying "I have questions for the Secretary."

At that point the security no longer had patience with his refusal to comply and his effort to push past them when they blocked his path, and he was aggressively removed through the doors along the wall.

Nothing about the story the Democrats and press are retailing is accurate.

The Democrats are so incompetent that they couldn't even come up with a believable fake controversy.

I watched the whole tape. I didn't see or hear Padilla until he had been grabbed. Did something happen earlier, before the tape?
