DEA and other law enforcement round up 50 illegal aliens in Denver

He discussed the example of hte guy with 17 charges.

Dude....seriously. This is a time of maga wins. YOu are going to have to not live in denial, if you want to be taken seriously.
What dude with 17 charges? What's his name?

Don't care. Neither do you. So, why do you ask? To create the illusion of a pushback, when in reality, this is a pure maga win.

And you can't admit it.

Pure MAGA win!

This is why I love this site. Better than any comedy show I know, I laugh daily.

The Norfolk County Sheriff's Office issued the folowing statement Saturday about Charles' arrest.

"The Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for holding individuals remanded to our care and custody by the courts until that person makes bail, or has served their sentence," the statement said. "ICE is responsible for immigration enforcement. The Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office works cooperatively with ICE. As is our general practice, if the Norfolk County Sheriff’s Office is made aware of an ICE detainer we inform ICE of when that person will be released from our custody. According to our records, ICE was notified about the impending release of Wisteguens Jean Quely Charles It was then incumbent on ICE to be there and fulfill its role. According to our records ICE indicated they were unable to make a pickup. We cannot violate a person’s due process by holding them beyond their legally stipulated term of confinement. We comply fully, within our authority. We remain willing to communicate with ICE and we appreciate the work of all law enforcement to keep our communities safe."

Do you think it's a good thing these criminals are being deported?
Certainly. But to claim it is a "MAGA win" when there is no indication "MAGA" had anything to do with it is laughable.

They had to get a bus to take them away.

Good job!!

Good for KING MAGAT!!!

But the price for me of a dozen extra-large eggs is still $5.07, the same price it was on DAY ONE.

The guy with 34 felony convictions is the one giving the orders. The guy with 34 felony convictions just let a whole bunch of convicted, violent, mostly-white thugs out of the DC prison system. Y'all don't actually care about crime.

It is good policy to deport those here illegally, and especially so when we’re discussing violent criminals. The question you should be asking is why did it take Trump to do it?

It won't matter to the lib. THey demand links, so that for ONE post, they can pretend that they are pushing back.

But when confronted by the data they requrested, they will pivot away from it.

More push back from libs. A win for America, is a loss for the libs and they know it.

Thanks. You could have listed that in your original post and saved everyone some time.

And nothing about the poin, iet about the failure to deport him before this.

Nothing about anything. It's almost like you didn't really have a reason to demand the link.

LIke that was just a stalling tactic to avoid addressing his points. Which you still didn't address.

 Yeah, believing you are owning the Libz, that is the most important thing in America right now. Nothing else matters. MAGA

Your assumption is that the DEA would not have carried out this operation had Harris won. There is zero indication this is true.

???

Yes, ICE failed. What's your point? That ICE is incompetent? I won't disagree.

And reading through this account, you get this:

Charles has been arrested, charged, and convicted for 17 crimes between Aug. 16, 2022, and Aug. 14, 2024, including both possession of and possession to distribute controlled substances, distribution of controlled substances, trespassing, carrying dangerous weapon to wit brass knuckles, possession of a firearm without a permit and possession of ammunition without a permit, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, and resisting arrest.

ICE ERO encountered Charles April 15, 2023, following one of these arrests. ERO Boston issued an immigration detainer against Charles with the Norfolk House of Correction in Massachusetts. However, the correctional facility released Charles Oct. 20, 2023, without honoring the immigration detainer.

Think about that. MA officials had a choice: hand this thug over to ICE or release him into the community.

****ing unbelievable.

Are you kidding, zero indication? Every arrest ICE makes is indication that sanctuary state officials were not doing their jobs.

For a prime example, see post 43.

ICE? This was DEA.

He apparently served his time and ICE failed to pick him up. You cannot legally hold people past their release date.

This is part of a good start for Trump's deportation program. Let's hope they can keep it on the rails.

Boston ICE had similar success, and it's really exposing the dark side of blue state sanctuary policies. One deportee from Boston had -- I kid you not -- 17 convictions on various assault, battery, weapon, and drug charges. Think about that for a second, this man was:
  1. In the country illegally
  2. Tried and convicted on 17 felony charges, many of them violent crimes.
  3. Inexplicably, walking the streets of Boston.

This is how warped the left's thinking on immigration policy has become. After, say, the first conviction of a violent crime, no one -- not the cops, not the DA, not the judge -- decided to act on the thought "Maybe we should call ICE on this one?"

Dereliction of duty doesn't even begin to describe the MA justice system in this matter, and it sounds like MA does not stand alone in this regard.

Similar arrests of similarly awful people were happening in Boston before January 20th. They just weren't highlighted to MAGA. Nor was Fox News embedded with them then.

You're really not getting this. First off, why is a man with 17 fresh felony convictions being released in the first place? Second, the request came in from ICE while he was detained. Local officials ignored it and decided releasing him back into the community was the the right thing to do.

They, like you, are far too indifferent to public safety.
