No, what I am describing is that common protocol, some type of endorsement the home country will add to your passport,I think you may be missing the point that the G7 plus the EU are in talks about a common protocol.
that tell the other G7 EU nation, that you have in fact been vaccinated against Covid-19.
It almost has to source back to the home country, otherwise, it would get too cumbersome.
