Black caucus: Tired of making excuses for Obama | Campaign 2012
During a sometimes-raucous session of what's being called the "For the People" Jobs Initiative tour, a key member of the Congressional Black Caucus told an audience in Detroit Tuesday that the CBC doesn't put pressure on President Obama because he is loved by black voters. But at the same time, Rep. Maxine Waters said, members of the CBC are becoming increasingly tired and frustrated by Obama's performance on the issue of jobs. Even as she expressed support for the president, Waters virtually invited the crowd to "unleash us" to pressure Obama for action.
"We don't put pressure on the president," Waters told the audience at Wayne County Community College. "Let me tell you why. We don't put pressure on the president because ya'll love the president. You love the president. You're very proud to have a black man -- first time in the history of the United States of America. If we go after the president too hard, you're going after us."
So a racist group is mad and asking it's racist followers permission to hammer Obama.
Yawn.

Poor, poor white folk.
What's the point of that racist comment?
I don't see it as racist, more poking a little fun at the silliness above it. White folks have their own groups, many have talked about the rich boys clubs white males belong to. White people, particularly white males, are not an abused minority. Man up, stop whining so damn much. Being conservative should mean whining about everything for the media to race. And frankly, most conservatives don't.
the reality is, your examples of "white" clubs, are not "white" clubs at all... if a group happens to have all white people in it... you can't just assume that its a club/group for white people, there are many potential alternative reasons of tendencies that a lot of African descended people just don't feel comfortable in them, its almost astounding how as a whole how reclusive the "black" cultural population group can be, differentiating themselves.I don't see it as racist, more poking a little fun at the silliness above it. Or just apologuise to everyone, and have no caucus based on or singles out a specific "race" of people. All the minorities should apologize to the white man, and then let him have his white man caucus...

Now if something comes off so obvious as calling themselves Black caucus, there is not even a question---> that's something completely different and i feel as racist qualities, or at least a group that wants to maintain the structure and idea of race.

And this is when some are claiming Obama is already bouncing back from low poll ratings.
Maxine seems pissed to me.
I find it as offensive as the women's right movement, which isn't offensive at all...

Wrong.... Women actually exist as a separate entity as a man (but equal).I find it as offensive as the women's right movement, which isn't offensive at all...
I prefer things in the open as well... and i think all aspects of government should Openly separate from the idea of race.Is it because they call it by race, or because they limit by race? There are many things that limit this way but hide the name. I prefer things in the open, and a real hindered minority working to improve their people is not something we should be offended by. We are less than 80 years removed from civil rights. Things are much better, but not perfect.
Then again, most of what government deals with "doesn't scientifically exist" and "has been made up in our culture" -- so I don't see that as a reason for excluding considerations of race. While race doesn't scientifically exist... just random ancestry that is often just determined by looks. Its been made up in our culture, which i think our government should be separate from... including such groups.

It's not offensive, unless you find the idea of minorities feeling they need to advance their rights more and better achieve equality as somehow offensive to you.
You need to put your money where your mouth is and start naming the groups you are referring to or admit that you are an anti white male racist already.
