Biden whispers repeatedly during ‘really creepy’ Q&A

Neither, just pointing out how Joe the dull has managed to be relevant for going on 50 years, and Trump's " stable genius " intelligence will land him in history's dustbin of failures.
sucking on the public tit and being a politician is hardly a redeeming characteristic

These people talking all this spin crap ... probably did not even give attention to the information he shared, It's likely not many of these commenters could remember the things he said were achieved, and how they will deal with the other items that Republican did not want to sign on to.

Geez.... where do these people come from or what is with them. It's like they are so desperate for creating drama spins... until they likely don't even know what the Briefing was about.

No, perhaps you are right, and running fraudulent universities, not paying legitimate debts, going belly up in numerous businesses, cheating on every one of your three wives and being accused of sexual assault by 30 or so women is much more redeeming! Poor dull Joe had such a boring straight and narrow life :(

Do people know what "a whispered phrase" means, when the entire nation, already knows what is being whispered.. It means, let me, let you in on what is not a secret!!!!!
you do that when people ask a question as if they pretend they don't already know that something has already been done when the whole nation knows about it, because it was a big national event.

It's done based on a simple premise:
  • A whisper can travel faster than a loudly outspoken word, because people want to be in the know, like they know a secret that others don't know, and they will spread the word faster than the a light switch can turn on a light. i.e. (the whisper that was heard around the world).
None seem to have noticed, that the question certainly was not repeated!! The Reporter's understood the conveyance via the use of "a slowly spoken whisper".

Wow....

Does the same apply to those who are former federal employees in the legal field? If not, why not?
Some yes but many no. Biden doesn't do much in terms of useful things

/// Biden doesn't do much in terms of useful things. /// <---That is up for debate; especially after getting the bipartisan infrastructure bill signed.

He must have really gotten in trouble with his staff for doing that. So who the hell is running this presidency anyway?

It’s a little weird. Maybe condescending. But not much to worry about if you ask me.

Oh, and after his very strange whispering episode, he ended the event, but was intercepted by Harris and told he had to address the building collapse in Florida. Just a slight oversight. He kind of forgot. My God.

Did they not outline "the plan" that Biden would win the election, be removed, and Kamala would be president? Maybe "the Plan" has a different source?
Who is 'they' at Fox News who said that?

I say he is suffering from serious cognitive decline.
Nonetheless, a huuuuuuuge upgrade from the last guy that started his cognitive decline at a steeper rate from a much, much lower altitude.

When you bring the previous president into every conversation about the present president, that's a case of TDS. And Hillary Clinton (AKA Hillary Von Pant Suit) absolutely attempted to subvert the 2016 election with that Russian Collusion hoax.

I have no idea what "hoax" you are referring to, as Russia did indeed interfere in the 2016 election, with Trump welcoming that interference. Clinton had zero to do with the act or the discovery thereof.

I think you need to upgrade your news sources as whatever you are reading is feeding you lies, which inevitably will turn your brain to mush.

Who certainly beat Trump's ass in November.

That's not exactly anything to be proud of. Pretty much ANY of the Dem primary contenders should have been able to beat Trump. He was a total train wreck, especially in his last year in office.
