Fox news is not all bad. Some of their commentators, like O reilly and Beck are. But not all of them.

I kind of hope both organizations, the KKK/nazi's and the NBPP do something stupid enough to get themselves arrested aside from violence. For example, if the NBPP did in fact put a bounty on Zimmerman, I think they should be arrested. I'd love it.

The Grand Jury was bypassed because there was no way they would have accepted the charges. She seemed to feel that she had to press charges so as to be seen to be doing something and appease the black community. There is no way they'll get a conviction.

That's not true at all. Dropping the grand jury was because the prosecutor was not going to charge Zimmerman with 1st degree murder, which requires the grand jury. Manslaughter and lesser crimes do not require the grand jury. It's as simple as that. But don't let that change your hatred for the legal system.

"Doesn't seem likes" are not used in the court of law. And while the operator didn't have authority, Zimmerman's disregard of his warning shows his motive, along with the tape of course.

Regardless, the claim of self defence relies on proving the supposed aggressive party actually commited a crime against that person. It should not rely on happenstance that the "aggressor" died and therefore that burden of proof no longer applies.

Methinks you got me confused with someone else. The "aggressor" is still alive while the victim is dead.

A few moments, inches or feet of distance either way and Martin would be alive to put that matter to rest by facing trial for aggravated assault.

If he were alive it would actually be Zimmerman facing trial for aggravated assault, since he attacked Martin.

That is the legal test that racial and gun politics in this instance has subsumed.

Funny how when the police didn't arrest George it was because authority could do no wrong and therefore George was right. Now that authority is going to arrest him, they are all the sudden completely wrong.

Zimmerman was already out of the car following Martin when the operator asked. Nothing proves he continued.

Once again, the prosecutor chose not to have a grand jury because he did not believe the evidence supported first degree murder charges, in which case a grand jury would have been a requirement. However, it is obvious that the prosecutor believes they have enough evidence to file manslaughter charges. What don't you understand about that?

So, why is it do you all suppose that Hannity talked to George Zimmerman and then said, "I have no intention of going on the record" and broadcast those comments? Then said that law enforcement will probably want to talk to him and that they can talk to his lawyers first.

Why would a "news" or "commentator" with a breaking and very hot exclusive keep it silent? I'm thinking that Zimmerman's comments didn't exactly go with Hannity's hell-bent narrative. I'm open to other possibilities but I can't see why he'd sit on it.

And I think the distinction is important because it weakens the definition what racism really is which is a much more terrible thing than saying "the blacks". I have no need to link to a dictionary as you are as able as anyone to use one.

That said I agree that attributing things to "the blacks" is a mistake. And I hear it done frequently for other groups including other races, southerners, northerners, conservatives, liberals etc.

That's a bit overboard, IMHO. Manslaughter? Yes, but I do not believe that Zimmerman killed Martin out of rage. My take is that Zimmerman provoked the confrontation, and then shot Martin when it turned physical. Zimmerman was reckless, but I don't believe he is a murderer. He should do time, though, but that's up to the jury to decide.

Me too.
I am willing to assume that Corey realizes the situation that she's in. So, I think it's reasonable that she thinks she has something.
Surely we haven't heard from all of the witnesses.
There is the ME report as well.

Either of those could have evidence strong enough to go to trial.

But, I bet that there could be other things that would fall into that category that I haven't even thought of yet.
