Why, it seems to me that the performance in the bedroom dept, of those who believe in God and his all seeing "eye", must be hampered by that thought.

My daughter started her schooling in a Church of England school and within days had to be assured that there would be no God watching her in the toilet!

I am not a Christian but there are reasons in some versions that could make Christians particularly good in bed.

Usually I don't make too much comment along this lines but your post is a fail.

If you mean that we don't feel inhibited in our sexuality because of some ethereal being that is watching that is true. I think. I can not say how a believer views sex. I am not sure if it is puritanical.

I'm speaking from experience my good man. But to be honest, in my sexual excursions around the globe, I've never inquired as to the religious beliefs of the lady I was with. Likewise, I've never encountered a situation where I have thought to myself "Man, she ****s like an episcopalian."

Personally, I think the difference in the sexual exploits of the religious vs. atheists would most likely be negligible. The expression of sexuality may be divulged a bit differently between the camps, but what goes on in the bedroom is most likely not substantially better, one way or the other. There's probably some fringe stuff, where only missionary position is acceptable, but I think its not a fair representation on the whole, of religious peoples sexual exploits.

Wow, and the Anglicans are among the good guys whne it comes to christians too. Big brother must be more pervasive (& maybe more perverted) in the more hard-core christian sects.

You know, I have some oddball hang-ups and I am a Christian but I don't think they go hand-in-hand. I think my oddities are from my life experiences :2razz:


As far as the bedroom goes, that's one place I never feel weird. Sex is fun and sweaty and messy. It's supposed to be that way.

I am thinking that sex is sex and we all just want to have fun.
 
If I believed in God yet was worried that he or any other spirit was watching me have sex, i'd probably just get really fat. That way they wouldn't want to watch me anymore.
