Feminism/socialism is the killer of our culture. It has stopped democratic freedom of speach. Noone is let forward to critisise the feministic/socialistic rulers. This all began in the 60´s when the structure of socialistic opression was formed.
Your disgusting, racist and ridiculous point of view is repulsive. As far as I can see you might want to rethink your position if you fear God so much, because you can bet that if you continue to espouse the way you have that even your "God" will strike you down and doom you to eternal damnation....gee those words are fun to type...maybe that's why religious fanatics like to spit them out at the world?Ormblomma said:The souls of millions aborted are reborn as muslims to conquer Europe as an revenge for them being refused to live here.

Actually...come to think of it...that would kinda be hillarious...a ton of babies marching in rows going againts the amries of democracy...no what am I saying, that is stupid.

Hornburger said:I believe the government should not be based on a set of morals but should try to protect its citizens in general. Legalizing abortion is much safer in abortion cases. Why risk 2 people dying when you can only have one? People are going to get an abortion whether they are legalized or not. If they are willing to go as far as abortion, they are willing to do it whether it is legal or not. Legalizing abortion, in the end, saves the most people.
I disagree. 50 million lives since Roe v. Wade. I believe since it is within the law to get an abortion more people don't have a problem doing it. It takes alot of guts to let a doctor put scrapers/tongs/vaccum up your birth canal and destroy that potential life. It takes a hell of alot more to use a coat hanger. I really don't think there would be many home done abortions if Roe v. Wade was reppealed. I believe there would be an increase in the birth rate, and people would practice more safe sex, and people would be more responsible.
Anyway, nowhere in the Constitution does it say the federal government has the power to illegalize personal issues such as these. It should always stay a state issue.
It's not a state issue though... 12 supreme court judges have made the decision for everyone.
"after the illegalized abortion in January of 1973, the mortality rate fell from 4.1 to 1.1 deaths per 100,000 abortions, a reduction of 73%"
Why is this? Women resort to dangerous street corner abortions, where they are MUCH more likely to die, thus killing both her and the child. When it is legal, it is a much safer practice, and less people die. Outlawing abortion would actually kill more than it would save.
Kill more than it saves? 50 million lives? That's quite a statement.
Then how come street corner abortions were so common before Roe v. Wade?I disagree. 50 million lives since Roe v. Wade. Yes, and I think if abortion was made illegal more would die. If it doesn't kill more than it saves, how come the mortality rate regarding abortions decreased after Roe v. Wade?Kill more than it saves? 50 million lives? That's quite a statement.

All I'm saying is that the law would not change people's lives whether to get the abortion or not. The mothers would go and get the abortion whether it is illegal or not. If you are willing to go through with such a procedure and kill a baby, people would have the will strong enough to do it whether or not it is illegal. And making it legal only makes the process safer. The mortality rate "statistic" you put forth above, even if it was supported by facts or believeable, counts mortality of the mothers. What about the children? Their mortality rate for them stays pretty constant.
1.
When there is in need of a business and money to be made, the aborters will be there. There were street corner abortions because there was a demand for the business, and no matter what you do, the aborters will never go away. How common were they? How common are abortions today? Probably more common than the back alley abortions you speak of.

umm...good point lol...I'll have to look into how many abortions took place before Roe v. Wade and after it, because I'm not sure...heheThat's NOT true. Any evidence to back that claim up? Do you know how many people don't do things nowadays because it's illegal? When they made smoking in bars illegal, and punishable with fines, it ended smoking in bars. The argument "if people want to smoke in bars they will do it anyones" didn't carry through because the fine outweighed the risk. If abortions were illegal, and carried a penalty of jail time, perhaps people would think of options like adoption, or, god forbid, be a bit more cautious when having sex.

Actually, I dont think it does. Look at it this way. You claimed
Even if I believed that statistic, think of this. There were 50,000,000 abortions since then. At a rate of 1.1 per 100,000, that gives us 550 deaths of mothers. Say abortion had remained illegal, and a full 25% of the women who were contemplating abortions decided to follow through anyways (probably even smaller than that). That would give us 4.1 per 100,000 on 12,500,000, which is 512 deaths. So we'd be saving 38 mothers and 37,500,000 children.
Not so bad, eh?
The same is true of everything: drugs, prostitution, murder, terrorism. Does that mean they should all be illegal? A far stronger argument could be made for drug legalization than abortion under that same premise.
