First of all, no evidence was shown proving her identification to be “an established and verifiable fact.” Second, she cannot testify to what somebody else told her. Textbook hearsay. Period. I hope you end up in court one day and find out just how hilariously wrong you are.

Her basic theme seems to be 'whataboutism' with a heart-wrenching suicide victim, poor treatment of those arrested, and hard-hitting expose' about the production values of the presentation. You know, all those things that make Trump innocent.

The officer never said she knew the guys in the orange caps were Proud boys. She said they "joined the group". As for Biggs, if in fact he was identified to. the tactical crews via photo by Capitol Police Intelligence which does exist then you don't have an issue. At this point you are only opining that her testimony is hearsay. You are welcome to your opinion.
 
Excellent hearings. I think they will expose anyone who opposes them as badly brainwashed. It'll show the power of right-wing media. I saw a poll today that 90% of Democrats say trump was responsible for the riot and 9% of Republicans say it.

Well according to the Jan 6th committee trump didn't do offer any national guard.

A part may be that today and every day there are people posting on other net forums that there was no violence at all on J 6 and it's all a computer animated trick on video. The committee hoped that intelligent viewers would realize what they had missed . I had seen everything on CSPAN and both impeachment arguments, a bunch more on yt but there was a lot tonight that was new.

As bad as this crazy issue is and the trump cult and the support for insurrection, if all that wasn't an issue they're still a disaster as totally owned by plutocrats.

We're not getting out of this without bloodshed and some mass arrests. These people are fanatic, unhinged, and are pretending to have completely bought into this lie. They'll do anything for power. They're going to get more and more violent.

Well this thread has certainly shown a number of the "opposition" to be badly brainwashed.
But perhaps too much focus on Trump's role in causing the riot, and failure to take prompt action to shut it down. Trump's truly inexcusable, and quite possibly criminal acts are more likely his pressure on states to create fake electoral slates, his pressure on Georgia to find him 11k more votes, and his open and obvious attempts to implement the Eastman plan via pressuring Pence not to count/confirm the electoral votes so that the matter could go back to the states. It doesn't matter that couldnt have occurred. His effort to try to make it happen is the issue.

trump needs to be convicted of sedition. Hopefully these hearings shift some of the 91% of Republicans who think he didn't cause the riot and support builds. Republicans badly blew it when they voted to acquit him.
