    There is much we could have learned from Vietnam, but it appears we haven't and keep repeating our mistakes, in Afghanistan, then Iraq, and now possibly with Iran. No one seems much interested in history.

    I was very passionate about ending the Vietnam war, and much younger then. While I no longer have my youth, I still have my passion for trying to stop unnecessary killing, especially when it is done, or supported, by my country. I can tell you have some of that same passion for peace and justice and give me hope for the future!
