Now that this is cleared up... the actual argument you Straw Manned is that a biological male can not have a baby as a male does not have a uterus. A Biological female can have a baby though. Any man that can get pregnant is not really a man, not a biological man.

No. Gender is not the same as sexual orientation. A cisgender person is a person who identifies as their biological sex at birth. A bisexual person is one who is attracted to both males and females. An asexual person isn't really attracted to anyone. I appreciate you at least making an effort to understand though.
