More ignorance. You don't understand the relationship between output growth and inflation. A strong economic recovery combined with a supply chain nightmare ( during a pandemic) is going to lead to inflation.

People get things wrong, the difference is when they admit their mistakes. I seem to remember way back in 2009, when Republicans were saying that Obama’s stimulus and the Fed expanding the money supply would cause hyperinflation, worsen unemployment and devalue the dollar. None of those things happened and they NEVER admitted that they got it 100% wrong.

No economists think that inflation will be entrenched, like it was in the 1970s.

The price rises bothering consumers most are global phenomena, not the results of U.S. policy. Therefore, there isn’t much Yellen can do about it, unlike when she headed the Fed.

Yeah, we need right wing assholes that want to control and subjugate women’s bodies, Legislate what people do in the privacy of their own bedrooms, Exploit the worlds natural resources as quickly as possible without any plan for conservation or replenishment.. Bail out banks that fail with taxpayer money.
Right wing assholes have no platform no policy. No infrastructure plan, no healthcare plan, no renewable energy plan. They just keep their followers angry and distracted with culture war red meat.
