The women during covid still got paid, and the men didn't, even though neither team was playing. The women got paid while they were sitting on their asses. The men didn't.

Men absolutely care about women's sports. I already gave the UFC as an example.

It is not because of chauvinism. It is because people want to see the best at their craft. Why would I watch a local piano player if Beethoven is playing down the road?

Yes I can. I watched Kelly Kulick beat the pants off of Chris Barnes at the PBA Tournament Of Champions, and it was one of the greatest performances I ever saw in ANY sport, male or female.

Example of forced inclusion demanded by the NBA's corporate sponsors. Disney, Pay Pal, Geico, Credit Karma, and most of all Nike.

I would rather watch a knitting tournament than a WNBA game. Toddler T-Ball is more entertaining than women playing basketball. The Ghostbusters all girl version is more entertaining than WNBA games. I would look forward to a weekend of The Golden Girls reruns instead of watching the WNBA.

No ... I am saying that there is no legitimate argument for women's WNBA teams to make what the men's NBA teams do because they are literally a failing business.
