Ok, that made me lol honestly. But i think your missing my point. If Zimmerman had assaulted Martin, and not the other way around, dont you think Martin would have shown signs on being assaulted, not just shot?
 

I totally agree with you on what I bolded above, and I am waiting on more information like everyone else. I think his girlfriend's story needs to be taken in account too. And the witness who said she thinks it was Trayvon crying out before the gun shot. It is a cluster**** and there is a lot to sort out. In the meantime I definitely don't trust Zimmerman's entire story.

I am glad this case is going to be investigated with a fine-tooth comb, and I am really interested in finding out more (along with every news station in the country).

I'd really love for you to google Martin's Injuries. Every single site has a different injury listed. I had only read bloody nose and bruised head. You state what you did, another site says he had a broken collar bone. Another site states he had cuts on his arm, yet in his interview with CNN he only mentions the "He had a broken nose and a bruise on the head". He is a lying sack of **** or the media is...

Him crying out for help in one call. And him stating clearly to a 911 operator seconds before the fight starts that he cannot find Martin any longer.

Also on the telephone call the operator told him NOT to follow Trayvon. What phone call did you listen to just FYI? He has a long conversation about his address and his phone number and where the police should find him before he says goodbye and hangs up...
 

I agree with what you said for the most part except for the part I have bolded. People dont want the truth. Or most people dont. Most people want to see this man executed regardless of what actually happened.

I think that most people who at this point believe it was self defense, myself included, would quickly call for Zimmermans head if some proof came out showing that he did not act in self defense.

I also think that most people who beleive that this is a racially motivated hate crime are going to continue to bleieve that no matter what evidence has come out or if other evidence does.
 

To the best of my knowledge George Zimmerman has not given an interview to anyone.

There was a lot of misinformation when the story first broke but as time has gone on media outlets have been pretty clear in reporting injuries to Zimmerman's face and the back of his head. I believe the same information was also included in police reports released.

Ah, I was trying to look around to find if Trayvon had injuries, I can't find any sites that say either way. Does anyone know if he had injuries also? I fin d it hard to believe that a person who is 100 lbs heavier than someone else loses a fight.

The medical report and police has given reports of the injuries Zimmerman sustained. Your referencing Martins injuries. I'd love for you to show me something showing Martin had a broken collar bone, cuts on his arm, or anything else.

The police have confirmed it was him and a 13 year old kid confirmed that Zimmerman was on the ground getting beaten and screaming for help seconds before the shot. That is how I know its him. (no sarcasm)

So the fat guy always wins? I am a pretty big guy and a couple years back a guy kicked the crap out of me outside a bar. I probably had a good 50 lbs or more on him. I didnt stand a chance. But according to you that never happened either since i am bigger than him.

I honestly think what happened was Z picked a fight with the wrong person and got his ass kicked royally. He then used his gun and the rest is history. I don't call that self defense. I call that getting your ass whupped and being a *****.

Except for the gun. Remember, he died of a gunshot wound. Seems like he was in danger of death or severe injuries. Getting shot will do that to a person sometimes.

here's Florida's SYG law:

2011 Florida Statutes CHAPTER 776 JUSTIFIABLE USE OF FORCE[17]

776.012 Use of force in defense of person.—A person is justified in using force, except deadly force, against another when and to the extent that the person reasonably believes that such conduct is necessary to defend himself or herself or another against the other’s imminent use of unlawful force. However, a person is justified in the use of deadly force and does not have a duty to retreat if:

(1) He or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony; or
(2) Under those circumstances permitted pursuant to s. 776.013.
 

That is more plausible than most versions out there.

If it comes out that Martin had been assaulted too I may be inclined to agree with you. But as it stands,

Nothing actually shows that Zimmerman started the fight or even wanted to fight. Obviously the guy was not very skilled in fighting (considering the injuries he got). Sounds more plausible that Martin was pissed off that some guy was following him and started beating Zimmermans ass.

As for the rest of the article, I'm starting to become skeptical. Why did the Florida state Governor higher Zimmerman's lawyer? To much high jingle (For you non-Bosh readers, High-Jingle means the higher powers have their fingers all in the investigation).

If there is no reason to suspect him drinking such as typical slurred speech, acting drunk, smelling of alcohol, or the finding of open alcohol in his vehicle (otherwise known as probable cause), there would be no reason to give him a breathalyser / drug test. Wre in the Florida statues does it specify that anyone involved in a shooting is required to have a breathalyser / drug test?

You're making up a whole lot of **** and not backing any of it up with facts.

True, but I'd say the gun put him in danger. Saying that Martin wasn't at risk of death is kind of silly since HE DIED.
