He doesn't. He was sent here because they were going to kill himYeah, he just hangs around with them.

There would be a better case at labeling him a gang member if there were more conclusive information, since everything's been hearsay to this point.
I hope so, because he is entitled to due process as we would expect for anyone accused of something. The last thing we want is the government having the ability to work out side of the legal system.
Still gets due process
Still gets due process
Still gets due process
The US Attorney General from Trump's own administration released a report saying he had "no criminal history."Nah. I've seen the characterizations of him as a law abiding, "Maryland father", etc. That's a narrative being disseminated.

They released a "bombshell report" about the time he got a speeding ticket.
If they had shit on this guy, they would have shown it to you by now.
Right, which is him playing weather forecaster as I wrote. The top photo is just him speculating on the possible path of the hurricane, and is not really out of line with NOAA forecasts.
Indeed, especially when he provided no indication that was an AI image, so he was "faking the funk".The bottom photo was manufactured, and doesn't depict a real situation. There's no excuse for him to try to pass it off as real.
At this point, no. At the time Trump posted it that wasn't clear at all because he provided no other context and specifically stated the tattoos on the knuckles which is where the text was.If anyone thought the letters and numbers in the photo of the deportee's hand were intended to portray actual tattoos on his hand, there's no excuse for them to maintain that false narrative at this point. It's positively Trumpian of them.
Well, they are busy trying to dredge everything up now. Apparently Donnie Boy's ICE in 2019 couldn't be bothered. The US Attorney General from Trump's own administration released a report saying he had "no criminal history."

I'm not so sure about that, because now that this case has gotten international attention, the threats to his life have increased if he returns to the region. It's hard to predict which way this will go though. Either way, he is entitled to his due process.I think his due process would amount to nothing more than a hearing at which his earlier special dispensation is revoked, and he gets another airplane ride.

The courts are destroying their legitimacy. He sure isn't making it in the court of law.
I have been surprised by the public outrage over this.
Of course, those tattoos aren't actually associated with MS-13, the labeling is just to make right wing fascists believe that they are.Wait. You wrote that on the hurricane photo?
DOCTORED PHOTO! DOCTORED PHOTO!
It was clear to me from the beginning. It's obviously text added to the photo, and there is no attempt to make it appear to be actual tattoos literally spelling out MS-13.

The more legal way? It's either legal or it's not. There isn't degrees of legal.Wouldn't the more legal method be to bring this evidence to an actual court?
This is what it tells you:Yet they choose not to release him. What does that tell you?
More "labels". Underneath the tattoos they put "Marijuana", "Smiley", "One (1)", "Three (3)"So we have..

With lines underneath.
An apparent left hand with same tats.

But something seems off about this pic. Fingers look funky.
And...

Tats with no line underneath.
Different people? Same tats? Surely means something.

The President has the right to expell anyone who is not citizen from our borders. The law is on Trump's side. He does need to justify his reasons to anyone, including the courts. When he was elected he was granted that power.
The courts are playing a dangerous game and they are gambling with their legitimacy. Once that's gone, I am not sure what's next for us.
The Trump admin doesnt care. Its all about power, not justice.
Well, yeah, it's photo I doctored.Wait. You wrote that on the hurricane photo?

Except that's the way it was described in the text Donnie Boy posted. It was clear to me from the beginning. It's obviously text added to the photo, and there is no attempt to make it appear to be actual tattoos literally spelling out MS-13.
That's nothing new in politics. Tell me something I don't know.
