Two courts already stated he was MS-13. Now that MS-13 is declared a terrorist group, the guy is pretty much screwed, and anyone else with such affiliations.

I would note we are under no burden to accept your photographic evidence as substantiating that there is an immutable standard for when something can be considered a label.

If Trump had wanted to merely explain that the symbols that are actually tattooed on his hand are MS-13 symbols, he'd have had an outlined box with arrows saying something like "these are MS-13 symbols." The photo he held is meant to be deceiving, and now you're trying to deceive others as to its intent. It's not going to work.

Yes, and that's exactly the point. In the photo's I posted, it's very easy to distinguish between what is real about the objects photographed, and what was added later. No scrutiny is required--everyone knows what was originally in the photo and what was added later. You have to look carefully at the photo of Garcia's hand that Trump is holding to figure out that "M S 1 3" have been photoshopped in.

I am not claiming anything. Clearly if you have made up your mind what they mean they you have made up your mind. When someone makes an accusation, at least in the US of A, the person making the accusation has the burden of proving the accusation. Of course, if you prefer the legal systems of Russia or China or N Korea, then the verdict is rendered BEFORE the evidence is given.
