Why does Obama get a pass?

We are seeing the same conditions today as the 60s - blacks can't get jobs, graduations are still low, blacks are getting beat and killed by the police.

Why doesn't Obama say he wants this to stop? Doesn't Obama, as an African American have an obligation to address these issues that are germane to the African American communities?

Obama is playing golf while Louisiana is flooding. The only reason why he is going now is because Trump led the way and went.

Obama, as demagogue in chief has done nothing to help the African American community.

Actually no, blacks are not "different". The increased pigment in their skin does not change them into something else.

Obama was voted into office because he was black, so I would disagree, it does make a difference.

Why didn't he use his bully pulpit to decry the destruction of the African-American family? The deplorable public education inner-city youth DON'T get? The lack of vocational training in these inner-city poverty-stricken neighborhoods? The lack of large food chain stores to provide reasonably priced and fresh foods for these neighborhoods? The lack of jobs? The high crime rate? The deplorable crime statistics of young black males? The virtual WAR ZONES that plague our inner-cities?

Know why? Because Democratic policies have caused and perpetuate these conditions. These inner-city ghettos are plantations just as surely as if we were in the early 1800s...with the inhabitants crying out Yes Massa!! every election cycle.

Well, if this thread isn't a perfect example of partisan hackery and "when the shoe is on the other foot both sides switch sides" then I don't know what is.

Anyone remember Katrina? How soooo many Democrats lamb-blasted Bush for "not responding appropriately" and the Republicans defended Bush?

Now the shoe is on the other foot and its the complete opposite. Republican's are lamb-blasting Obama for "not responding appropriately" while Democrats are defending Obama.


This would be hilarious if it wasn't so pathetic and predictable.
