It's difficult for me to love complicit criminals who have no respect for the laws, their sworn oaths and the U.S. Constitution in which the radical right is currently engaged for favors from their constantly lying despot leader.

Agreed. But in order to be at peace in one's own mind universal love is necessary. Forgiveness is key. It doesn't mean saying that doing bad things is OK. Bad is still bad. Wrong is still wrong. True forgiveness does not mean actually telling the person of it. It is instead freeing one's own mind from worrying about it. Forgiveness is closure. Without closure the mind simply gets more and more cluttered with stress. There is no need for that. Life is better without stress.

It's a trick to be well informed and not let it bother you.

It means knowing a lot of really horrible things, and also possessing the ability to let go of the anxiety over it.

Forgiveness does nothing to heal the wound. Ill have plenty of time to recover my own mental health when the knife is pulled out but the knife is still in deep and well theres nothing i can do about it.

Muslims -- (want to ban them from entering the country)

Blacks --(ignoring police brutality, crusade against affirmative action)

Some on the right will argue that the left hates religious groups. But what they oppose is the hatred religious groups have for LGBTQ, Muslims, and attempts to create a religious state.
