Which rightwing trope about liberals and "the left" do you FIRMLY believe to be true?

#5 is the only one that I fully believe. There are parts/suggestions of other that I agree with, but not the way it's worded.

For instance, #8 needs the poor, disabled, etc. Not that it's necessarily a bad thing though.

Also #7. Both sides want censorship.

I would describe classic liberalism like this:

• Emphasizes individual civil liberties and civil rights.
• Favors capitalism (often with a social safety net).
• Generally wants to restrain government.
• Pessimistic about human nature.
• Supports free trade and immigration.

This is contrast to modern leftism, which I would describe like this:

• Optimistic about human nature.

I'm not pessimistic about human nature, I'm sure there are more good folks in the world going about their lives in peace than there are bad folks who would stab you in the back at any given opportunity. I support fair trade, not free trade.

Those ideas would more closely fit with modern leftism than classic liberalism. But lots of people are somewhere in between.

I would almost agree with #8. But they want to create more transgenders, which is not actually favorable to the transgendered. As that is most likely going to ruin their lives.

I pretty much agree with #1, but I have this feeling the left is going to keep at it until they provoke a violent reaction from the right, at which point they will howl to the rooftops that the right are the violent ones. And I also think once the right gets fed up, things could get very ugly. OR they will provoke a legal crackdown, which will also please them, because they will say that is proof that the right is fascist and authoritarian.

Social media platforms have private property rights. They're allowed to set content and usage policies for the computer networks they own.

There is an extremely important distinction between this and the US government forcing such policies onto them.
