I’m of different minds on the different investigations.

• Atlanta, interfering in Georgia’s election. Trump tried and failed. Valid investigation.
• New York, I don’t know much about this one. But it’s all about Trump and his company’s financial dealings. A civil suit was brought. I’d say a valid investigation into his company’s business deals.
• 1-6 House Committee. Political revenge, a political vendetta since the democrats two impeachments failed. This whole investigation over the Capital riots or insurrection, take your choice, should have stayed in the legal arena with the FBI and DOJ investigating it. Not in the political arena where partisan politics reign.
• FBI/DOJ’s investigations into the 1-6 riot or insurrection depending on one’s partisan political views. Valid. If I have the numbers right there’s been close to 800 charged and 300 guilty convictions with more to come. This is where this belonged all the time.

I think several other states could have brought charges of election interference, they didn’t, I wonder why? I also wonder why with different riots in different cities over the last couple of years those weren’t investigated by the FBI/DOJ to bring those who caused the riots to justice or why the house wouldn’t investigate them also. Perhaps it’s the old real estate motto, location, location, location. Or perhaps it’s more partisan politics. I firmly believe politicians; political parties only do things for political advantage. I don’t trust any politicians nor any political party. My only hope is to keep them halfway honest along with doing half of what they do is for the country and not only for themselves, their political party and their base. At least half of what they do, probably a lot more is just for themselves and their political party, not the country as a whole.

Thus, there is no effort to "seek justice." The effort is a "witch hunt" seeking to find something to "burn the witch" on.

In this case a "warlock hunt" and the "warlock" has beguiled and corrupted a significant percentage of the US population into his cult of personality. He has also eroded and undermined the, until now, enduring institutions which protect your republic from downfall and guarantee the peaceful transition of power after elections.

Wrong again. There have been many "failures" of this current Administration, which have, and still are being discussed throughout this Forum.

Yes there have been failures but that does not negate the fact that the Biden Administration has gotten the rusty wheels of governance and legislation turning after 8-10 years of gridlock.

As for "many successes?" Only if you are seeking to crow about all the mislabeled mega-spending bills which have been pushing progressive left policies and are the cause of both runaway inflation and other socio-economic woes. Oh, and that open-border "policy" causing so many other problems.

These appropriations were debated and approved by Congress as they are supposed to be. Don't tell me about irresponsible money bills until you get your country's trillion dollars per year military and national security budgets and multi trillions of unfunded war expenditures under restraint. It's better to invest trillions in enduring infrastructure building and education than in buying weapon systems which will either sit on shelves until they are decommissioned or be blown up while being used in foreign wars of adventure.

LOL! They are happening because the Democrats need to both distract from their ongoing policy mistakes and to try to prevent Trump from running again in 2024. That is all. As I've stated, Trump is "the man," and the Democrats are doing everything possible to "show you the crime" ala Lavrentiy Beria's infamous quote.

No they are happening because of what former president Trump and his inner circle of supporters have done since 2014-15.
