What is going on with the kung fu audit in arizona?

Apparently it has finally ended with a wimpier not a bang. Of course the oft debumked erroneous figures the Cyber Ninja was reporting will be heralded as the "smoking gun".

Arizona Senate to release a report next week. That ought to be a hoot!
 
So just as many of us predicted they would, Maricopa County is not going to turn over its routers under subpoena all but calling the FAKE AUDIT a fraud.

If I were Ms Famm of the Arizona State Senate, I would back off. The message buried in the Maricopa County response is "this Fake Audit looked fishy from the start. Keep it up and you might well find investigations into just how fishy this was."
