What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

I had a bowl of tater tots and a banana.

Have you ever had Alexis brand garlic and white pepper tater tots? It's like eating candy. All of Alexis' fries, taters, sweet taters, are good. I prefer Nathan's onion rings over theirs tho...they're tempura batter-dipped, rather than breaded.

I googled them and WTN is lost on that one.

I never heard of that brand--I will look for it though because garlic and white pepper hits just the right notes for me. I'll also check for Nathan's onion rings because tempura batter is gluten free!

Is a Royale from Dairy Queen? I've been wondering.
Quarter pounder with cheese from McDonalds. It's a nod to a scene from Pulp Fiction, which is one of my all time favorite movies. In that scene, they discuss the little differences of things in Europe when compared to the US. One of those is that the Quarter pounder is called the Royale with cheese in France due to the metric system.

Thanks for reminding me that I need to put DQ on my list. I like their fish sandwich and onion rings.

As fish sandwiches go, my favorite is Culvers Walleye sandwich.

Dont know what your tastes are but fried pork rinds, crushed, make a great breading. Gluten-free (definitely not calorie-free tho!) I've used it on chicken breasts...yum. The spicy ones.

An ear of sweet corn and a salad. A frozen cookie was dessert.

90° is too hot to each much else, even with the AC set at 70°F.

I haven't had those in ages, but always liked them. Great tip thanks!

I've decided to make them using regular tots, spraying them lightly with olive oil and seasoning with garlic powder and pepper.
I also have garlic infused oil so that might work as well.
