What did you have for dinner? -Part dois

I've decided to make them using regular tots, spraying them lightly with olive oil and seasoning with garlic powder and pepper.
I also have garlic infused oil so that might work as well.
I thought of that but don't want to buy white pepper--and it DOES taste different from black or red. I don't think it's my imagination.

I can live with black pepper instead of white. Lol, I'll just imagine it is white.

My wife made shake and bake chicken with roasted carrots and mashed potatoes.

Ooohh! Shake n Bake. We don't have that here. Just some cheep Kiwi knockoff.

Morningstar Farms Griller's Prime veggie burger on toasted Brioche bun with Duke's. Cherub tomatoes with homemade creamy sauce on the side. Fudge bar for dessert.

It was great. Garlic something or other. She recommended BBQ sauce with it, but it didn't need any. Tasted like healthy fried chicken minus the grease.
Been ages since I had Shake and Bake chicken, I don't think there were any added flavorings, but the original recipe. The chicken was always tender and tasty, easy to make, and it was healthy compared to fried chicken for sure.

I asked somebody just a bit ago and they said that there is a pretty good Shake n Bake crumb at a more specialty store in town. Gonna try it.

A salad, an ear of corn and an impossible burger.

95° and very humid kills any form of appetite or desire I have to cook. I wish those area had a taco truck because 2 tacos and elotes sounds really good.

Another bit of research brought up this
Did the chicken look like this @Helix?

Yep, still on the list, once I get the green light.
To help you get the green light, I found a way to make poached eggs in the air fryer.
We have these over safe silicon tart pans. I spray them with olive oil, crack and egg into them, add a bit of water and turn on the air fryer setting, Cooking times vary, depending on the model used, I suppose, so you have to check frequently.

Quarter pounder with cheese from McDonalds. It's a nod to a scene from Pulp Fiction, which is one of my all time favorite movies. In that scene, they discuss the little differences of things in Europe when compared to the US. One of those is that the Quarter pounder is called the Royale with cheese in France due to the metric system.

Thanks for reminding me that I need to put DQ on my list. I like their fish sandwich and onion rings.
A Quarter pounder with cheese, ketchup, onions, no mustard, save the pickles for last. Large fries, coke. My favorite.

I only use white pepper for chicken salad with minced celery and onion, no pickle relish.
