I had a big bowl of Crowder peas and a Diet Coke. My wife had wine and may have eaten some food with it, but she definitely had wine.

vegetarian cheese steak on Hawaiian rolls with provolone
baked cheetos.

I made chicken tikka masala for the 2nd time. I watched a video and realized that I did the first 2 steps backward but in the end, it came out fine. The basmati rice was not sticky or clumpy and the purchased naan tasted pretty good with melted herb butter.

I like the Indian flavors but I miss having vegetables involved. I might try something vegetarian or maybe lamb with summer veggies the next time.

Pizza night: BBQ chicken pizza, simple salad- romaine lettuce with my homemade balsamic reduction and olive oil. Godiva chocolates for dessert (the deli nearby was selling boxes of them at 75% off- $6 for a set of 64 bars- so I grabbed a few).

Boneless pork chops, asparagus, and cheese pasta.

Chimichurri marinated tofu, pickles onions in a low carb spinach wrap. That was really good.

Rack of beef plate ribs, 2 racks of St Louis ribs, Mexican street corn, asparagus, and watermelon.

Good night...smallish gathering but very nice.

What is a sweet earth breakfast burrito?
It's mostly eggs and fake meat for us vegetarians who sometimes struggle to get enough protein and still want non-meat to taste like meat. Some of their stuff is dead on. Other stuff, eh, good enough.
