You all know that I truly love the blues..with of course some great sipping whiskey;)

Very good! I also like the blues. I have not paid close enough attention to it though. I used to go to New Orleans and used to love going to a blues joint on Bourbon Street. Not Muddy Waters, but I enjoyed it. As for the sipping whiskey, I gave that up about 35 years ago. I found out that partying and drinking could get me into a bit of trouble.

Your never to old to return to some good ole blues, it's timeless for us all and as for sipping whiskey ...what's life without a little risk. Non the less each to his own and I respect that, LesGovt enjoy the blues and it waits for your return patronage;)

I know the area well in this vid;)

The lyrics are haunting and mesmerizing. Joe Lynn Turner on lead vocal.

One of my all time favorite songs. Enjoy :)

I heard the sound of voices in the night
Spellbound, there was someone calling
I looked around no one was in sight
Pulled down and I kept on falling
I’ve seen this place before
And you were standing by my side
I’ve seen your face before tonight
Maybe I just see what I wanted to be
I know it's a mystery

Do you remember me
On a street of dreams
Running through my memory
On the street of dreams

There you stood a distant memory
So good like we never parted
Said to myself I knew you’d set me free
And here we are right back where we started
Something’s come over me
And I don’t know what to feel
Maybe this fantasy is real
Now I’m gonna see what I wanted to be
But it’s still a mystery

Do you remember me
On a street of dreams
Running through my memory
On the street of dreams
You’re in every face I see
On the street of dreams

Something’s come over me
And I don’t know what to feel
Maybe this fantasy is real
Now I’m gonna see what I wanted to be
But it’s still a mystery

Do you remember me
On a street of dreams
Running through my memory
On the street of dreams!
On the street of dreams
And where you have always been
On the street of dreams
Will we ever meet again, my friend
On the street of dreams
Do you know just what it feels, to be
On the street of dreams
Never know just who you’ll see, do you
On the street of dreams
Do you think who you’ll wanna be, oh no
On the street of dreams
I can hear you calling me...
On the street of dreams

Have a great and safe week everybody! :2razz:
