that amount of blood on his head, is not evidence that he was repeatedly slammed into the concrete.

the blood vessels by the brain are very close to the surface, and even a very minor cut can release a lot of blood, contrary to a similar sized cut on the arm, leg, or torso.

Zimm's injuries, along with his behavior on the police video, is not evidence of severe trauma to the head.

Two times is enough to satisfy the definition.

And the amount of blood is not determinative of the situation severity Zimmerman thought he was in.

Please show me a link where "severe head trauma" is required for a claim of self defense.

I mean your argument is falling apart at the seams. At first it was, "We have no proof he was attacked." Then the photo came out.

Then it was "there isn't proof he was BEATEN HARD ENOUGH to justify deadly force."

That's a really weak argument man and the sign of a sinking ship. It's AKA moving the goalposts.

GZ moved into a rental property in 2009 and couldn't stop calling 911. The guy is too stupid to identify himself as NW and speak to his neighbors.

I also live in a gated community, walk at night and speak to neighbors in passing. And, I don't know every face and their guests.

Let's use a hypothetical for the sake of this discussion. Let's say we're in a dark alley in the wee hours of the night. I have a military knife. You have a gun. I thrust at you with my knife, nicking your wrist. Are you going to wait with shooting me until I stab you? If I nicked you, and you don't know exactly what my intent is, are you going to wait to find out?

It's not about the character of these two people. It's about actions and gauging intent, imo. If Martin was slamming Z's head on the pavement, how many slams should it take before Z gets to shoot his attacker off him? Hypothetically, let's say I've caught Obama's head in my hands, and I'm slamming his head on the pavement; when can Obama shoot me off? How many slams on the pavement will it take before damage and worse occurs? Frankly, your children have no relevancy on this case; this is between Martin and Zimmerman.
