No, and no. Gabbard testified that Iran was not in the process of building a nuke. She did not testify that they were not enriching uranium towards that goal. The reality is that Iran has enriched uranium to the 60% level just one quick step from the 87 to 90% level that would enable them to build a nuke.
Well, you'd have to go much further than than that because Israel's been after Iran's nuclear program for decades with all sorts of cover actions in and out of Iran. That's not even including all of the other exchanges they've had in other regional conflicts. The difference this time is this is a prolonged and comprehensive attack by Israel, and this is without precedent even when compared to the 2024 attacks, which were coordinated between the parties on Iran's retaliation. None of that is happening now.They fired missiles at one another twice in Bidens final year in office. Thats when it began.
