Team owners like winning. Are you telling me if CK took Washington to the NFC Championship, they would have trouble selling tickets?
 
Little late here but the Miami-New England game yesterday is why I love to watch football.

Very rare does the hook and ladder work but at that point you have nothing to lose. This time the Pats were on coffee break.

Am surely afterwards someone reminded Bill that "It ain't over till the fat lady sings".

They're gonna back into the playoffs thanks to a top heavy NFC. This was a chance to lock themselves in as a wild card and instead they have to finish the season hoping none of the other wildcard potentials overtake them.

I am not that overly pessimistic about the Vikings as other. They need to fire John DeFilippo and find a true identity on offense.
 
In other news Reggie McKenzie has reportedly been fired. So it looks like Jon Gruden is now the undisputed king of the Raiders.

Oh, thanks for giving the Bears Khalil Mack, Mr. Gruden- Im a fan of that move. :mrgreen:

Three year contract for $84 million. I guess a million isn't worth what it was years ago.

At a base salary at $22 million he earned $1.3 million tonight.

3rd Cousins is a classic underconfident overachiever. He's the girl you date but would never marry. There just isn't a lot of magic in his game.
 
A few weeks ago I was here saying how the NFL must be happy with all the young quarterbacks and how good they were playing. Well this past weekend wasn't a good week for the quarterbacks. Except for Mahomes it was pretty much a mess. Damn Wilson threw for what? 75 yards last night.. Lol

The weather turned cold and the defenses stepped up.

Yeah... Darnold and Trubisky won too.. But both didn't light up the stats. And Goff looked God awful.

I'm not talking about wins. I'm saying when comparing them from 3-4 weeks ago, they looked very different..

Young QB's, and cold weather and opposing teams playing defense will do that.

Wow, just wow, who would have thought this possible for the team without the 2 first running backs and without their best wide receiver. Gutsy and highly successful in this instance.
